we stayed with friends. The accommodation is absolutely as described. Very comfortable home from home. Very close to the city and local shops. Would thoroughly recommend.

We loved staying in this location. Really convenient for the beach and trams that took us directly into the CBD Melbourne.The Saturday Parkrun was from the park that ran on the street that ran parallel to the loft. - really convenient although the start line was at the far opposite end of the park. It had everything we needed but we only prepped some breakfasts and did no other cooking. There was a very good laundry room across the car park of the complex. Easy to use and pay for by scanning the QRcodes on the machines - you will need to take your own detergents. 2 things to mention. 1 It is just a little tired and some attention to the bathroom and kitchen is needed but was perfectly clean enough. The bedding sheets, while clean, were very creased. I think they grade been left is a dryer abs were in need of an iron. The bed was very comfortable but the feeling of the sheets was disappointing.

Nicci was super helpful and showed us around st Kilda! She gave us lots of great recommendations and details about transport around the city. The apartment was clean & comfortable and in a great location in st Kilda, close the city. Would definitely reccomend this property!

The property was ideal for a stay in Melbourne. Great location, much to do in the immediate area and great transport links to elsewhere in Melbourne. Anne was great to deal with throughout and the property was a excellent standard.

Overall property could not be faulted. I stayed 4 weeks and wasusing it as a base to visit family and friends so I did not need a full kitchen which suited me. Initially I felt it was too far from the town but the owner helped with advice on buses etc. found it was really easy to get around. There were several small shops nearby too. The location is nice and quiet and there is a nice area to sit out and relax

Jo & Marks place is brilliant, they are amazing hosts, this property has everything you could possibly need and more. Would definitely recommend.
