We couldn't have felt more welcomed at this beautiful villa. Niko did everything to make us feel comfortable and cared for during our stay, including showing us around the property and providing us with a generous selection of lovely refreshments for when we arrived late at night. The property itself was super clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, bedding etc. Location wise, I challenge you to find anything more amazing than this on the whole island of Kos! It's set in super peaceful and private surroundings, magnificent views, beautiful sunsets and we loved all the animals who live in the areas around the villa (chickens, cockerels and the odd goat!). Driving to the property was very easy and the walks to Zia and Pyli are also easily accessible if you can manage the hills. I'd recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to stay in Kos. Five stars on all fronts!

We had a fabulous holiday on Kos, enhanced by our stay at Thalassa beach house. It is an extremely well appointed, modern and clean property. - Situated on the beach, which was very safe for swimming in almost clear water with hardly any swell or tide. - Only a short stroll to a range of restaurants along a pleasant bay in a relaxed quiet area. - Adjacent to the super Faros restaurant and bar. Liaison with the host Dimitris through the VRBO app was very efficient - arrival instructions were most clear.

Wow Wow Wow…..Those are the words you will say when you arrive. Or a sharp intake of breathe followed by a deeply gratitude filled smile, that you are lucky enough to stay in this Grecian gem of a place. Every room has a breathtaking view of the sea. It’s new, clean and very well done. Tasteful decor, sympathetic to the surroundings. Everything you need within the apartment and in walking distance. Two fabulous restaurants Camel and Jenny’s. Both fine dining and excellent food with sea views and amazing seafood. A beach 10 mins walk down a steep winding path. You need to be fairly fit to get back up the road. Well worth it with main beach with umbrellas and secluded coves around the corner with turquoise sea to swim in. For the more active of you, water sports at Paradise beach only ten mins away. We were there for my fiftieth and they made homemade bday ice cream cake, pie and biscuits with a traditional Greek dish that was delicious. Balloons, candles and champagne. The best welcome, the most beautiful place to unwind and relax. You don’t need a car but worth hiring one. It’s magical and memories that will stay with us as a family for a very long time. We highly recommend this villa. It is very well appointed, equipped and secure, and is well positioned for easy access to all parts of the island. The house was spotlessly clean and on arrival we were made to feel welcome with a vase of flowers and complimentary bottle of wine. The owners were very communicative prior to, and during, our stay and were attentive to our needs. Our stay at Villa Triantafilia contributed greatly to the enjoyment of our holiday.

Property very cosy and charming, and a great base from which to to explore the whole of island of Kos. Nikos was an excellent host, and very patient and accommodating with us regarding some property which we left 😭 Would thoroughly recommend.

This villa was a great find at last minute. There are 2 villas at the site though only one rented out at a time. Each has a great pool surrounded by amazingly well cared for and fertile gardens. Both designed to take advantage of the amazing views over the sea and Kalymnos and amazing sunsets . Each is a 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms and well appointed kitchen, No washing machine though.. small exchange for the views. Beautiful and modern. Could have done with some seating on the eastern side of the property to make the most of the morning sun... the dining tables outside great for afternoon/evening sun ,but in the shade in the morning . Great location down a side road track on road to Mastichari up hill with fabulous views.Easy to explore and get down to beaches all over the island. The local town Mastichari has good supermarket and huge choice restaurants for evening meals ..only 1 .5 km away . The owner Werner easily contactable and lovely lady who looks after the villa..nothing too much trouble Great choice for a great holiday :)

Make this great place your home and cruise around the island with a rent car. Spend your evenings with your lovely host. You may find it very hard to leave this place and go back.
