Brilliant location, nice and quiet yet close to most attractions and some very nice restaurants. Beautiful villa great pool it was perfect in all ways for our family.

This is a gorgeously renovated traditional village house. Everything was clean and comfortable. The village of Agios Leon is up in the hills which are green and very beautiful an and is very central for visiting different areas of the island. There are two bakeries, several cafes and shops, and the excellent family-run San Leon Taverna which serves fantastic and excellent value food. Dionisis the host was very helpful both before and during the trip. He met us at the house when we arrived and explained everything in the house and made us feel very welcome and at home. Overall this is a great place to stay.

A well renovated traditional Greek cottage. Just beautiful. Calm, relaxing, beautiful outside spaces including a fab pool. Great for a family holiday or for escaping the world. Set in beautiful hills just a short drive to the beaches, tavernas and local villages. Captures the Greek Islands of old! Recommend to anyone. Great communication and information from the owners made the stay easy.

Peaceful and beautiful view

The apartments are absolutely perfect, even better than the photos. Everything inside and out is immaculately clean and well-kept, the kitchen is really well equipped and the views are just stunning. Ivana couldn't have been more helpful, arranging a taxi for us from the airport and explaining to them that we would need to stop at a supermarket on the way to stock up as we didn't hire a car. We did a bigger shop on the way from the airport however there is a mini-market a few minutes walk from the apartments which stocks all the basics. Makris Gialos is a lovely, clean and sunny beach but there are also several other smaller beaches within easy walk of the apartments which are well worth a visit. The location is quiet and peaceful but there are still 4 restaurants and 2 cafe bars within a few minutes walk. We can highly recommend Ivana and Dionysios' restaurant next door which ticks all the boxes of being beautiful, fantastic food and service and also the cheapest. We ate there numerous times during our stay and the food (and their own wine) was always excellent. In all we had a wonderfully relaxing break which was exactly what we needed. If you want somewhere away from the bustling resorts but still with places to eat and drink, and fantastic views and beaches, you can't go wrong here. What a great spot. Perfect in every way. Extremely well priced with everything you want in a great location. We loved chilling out on the cabana bed, watching as our young children played in the shallow sea. We loved taking the kayak out, and all the sea toys. ‘Paradise’ was just 2 minutes walk away when we fancied the pool instead of the sea. Apollo Restaurant was fantastic. Recommend Fish Restaurant and Asteria Reataurant, they’re are great too. Pre-book sunbeds at Fish before you get there 😉.

It is hard to sum up how great this place is in a short paragraph. The house is beautiful, it is even more luxurious in real life. The pool is fantastic, the mini-golf is even better. We must of played either golf or tennis every single day! The house manager could not have been more helpful and kind. He organised boat trips, car transfers and grocery trips for us! Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone, we will definitely be back. Zante is a wonderful island, the local village is friendly and the food at the local taverna's cannot be beat.
