Lodge was incredible inside and out. Hot tub was amazing and feels very private which we enjoyed. Good place for pets too with private garden. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may well be back in the future!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Stag Hoose. Garden was perfect for our dogs, secure safe place to run around. Property was excellent. Really quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend it.

Lovely house with everything we needed.lots to see in the area but the dark skies were fanbulous and seeing the made it enen morebspecial.perseids and the northern lights

The accomodation itself was gorgeous, the garden area and all it came with is amazing, visited lots of local areas and can't wait to visit again

A very comfortable and warm house,we all enjoyed ourselves,4 adults and the dogs!Joan and her husband were very friendly,we were welcomed by Joan on our arrival.It was hsrd to.leave as we were settled and comfortable. Another lovely part of Dumfries and Galloway.We enjoyed the animals on the farm.Thanks again for making us feel welcome,the welcome tray of goodies also .Happy New Year.

Absolutely lovely weekend. Location great. Practically had estate to ourselves. Accommodation and grounds flawless. Loved the walk through the woods to the beach. Will go again. Soon!
