Both Sarah and Ashley met us at the property and gave a very informative and helpful handover. The house is great, spacious and everyone couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and plentiful. We really could not fault the property.

Lovely cottage and great location. Clean, well equipped cottage and decorated with great taste. Located 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and nice coastal walks. The Amarcord pizzeria in the high street is a gem and THE perfect Italian restaurant to eat! Its owner Fabio will make sure you have a feast. Exceptional Italian cuisine for foodies not to be missed!

We totally love our stays at Rose Cottage, tranquil area to relax and easy to commute via bus to surrounding areas.

A beautiful, cosy, very well-equipped property in a gorgeous location. We were a mixed family group of adults, teens and younger children and it worked perfectly for all of us - lots of spaces to play, eat and relax, extremely comfortable beds, and excellent communication from the host. We would love to return.

A really nice house in an excellent central location in Cowes close to shops, restaurants and buses. We had a lovely holiday and the house was a great base to come back to.

We had a wonderful stay for one week in the cottage with my two young children (7 & 3) and our dog. Property fully equipped with everything we needed, lovely spacious garden. Very dog friendly with lots of extras like bowls and biscuits. Easy to communicate with owner and very clean and comfortable. The only tricky part was the parking, it’s opposite the property along a road where cars came quite fast and no pavement so whilst we coped for one week with the children and dog it was just something to be aware of.
