We had a very enjoyable stay, during the hottest days of the year so far, in a very nice house which is generally as described with lots of outside space. There are some nice walks from the door and plenty of others just a short drive away, it is also handy for the park&ride into Lincoln. Although Jane and partner stay just the other side of the car port, they are very discrete but are there if you need them. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful house in a quiet location. House very clean and well equipped. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Would have no hesitation in recommending for a short stay.

Great property and a very welcoming host. Really enjoyed our stay in this quirky bungalow which a mix of old and new furniture. This isn't a fault, it was extremely comfortable for the whole family, with loads of space so that you never felt that you were on top of one another. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay. Would definitely return if available next time we visit!

We had such a lovely stay for my son’s graduation and was great to be able to all stay in 1 place as a family. Perfect location for the cathedral where the graduation was being held. Natasha was so helpful answering any questions we had before our stay with prompt answers. All in all such a lovely stay thankyou 😊

The property is ideally located, as described a 10 minute walk into the City Centre, great for shopping, castle and cathedral etc. The property is clearly newly refurbished with everything you could need for your stay, warm and cosy and a real home from home.

The property was great and in a nice village. Local cafe at Manor House Farm is worth a visit as is the nearest pub Hare & Hounds. We visited Lincolnshire City centre which was lovely, the castle, cathedral and historic prison were all in walking distance once parked up in centre. We also visited a National trust Old Workhouse which was very interesting. Lots of things to do in Lincolnshire and well worth a visit.
