Located in a beautiful and quite part of Belgium, excellent for visiting Brussels and Waterloo. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern, with all the amenities you could need. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would come back for another stay in the future.

We stayed here as a group of 5 girls celebrating joint birthdays. There was plenty of space for us all, with 4 double bedrooms and a single, plus two bathrooms and two toilets. The dining/kitchen area was bright and well equipped. The tram stops nearby took you into Brussels or Midi station in around 15 minutes. Lovely breakfast places nearby, along with a newly opened Aldi for essentials. The garden was peaceful with the sound of parakeets! Only complaint was the front bedrooms (3 out of the 5) were noisy due to trams.

Lovely rooftop apartment in a quiet and smart residential area of Brussels. Yann was on hand to welcome us personally which was much appreciated. Apartment was clean and warm and had everything we needed. Small but very adequate food shop a short walk away, as are a good variety of places to eat. 12 bus to and from the airport works well for this property. Metro to town from Schuman Station, but brisk 20 minute walk is a good alternative. You need to be ready for lots of stairs (97) but the views are well worth the climb.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, all necessary equipment for a good stay. Excellent views across the city's rooftops, nice quiet courtyard, so no problem with the usual Brussels traffic noise. The building itself is very clean, secure entrance, the lift is a bonus. Supermarket and many restaurants just around the corner. I would definitely stay there again.
