Serra de Arrabida ski-in/ski-out rentals

Very well equipped villa, lots of information about what to do in the area, beautiful pool, garden and outdoor seating area. You do need a car - not much in the immediate surroundings.

Tanto a Sandra como a Cristina sao de uma simpatia enorme. Esperaram pacientemente ate nos chegarmos e tinham tudo muito bem arranjado e generosamente deixaram um cestinho com pao, queijo e vinho como presente de boas vindas - estava tudo uma delicia. Como nao hospedes ate segunda-feira a Sandra e a Cristina suferiram nos ficarmos um dia extra e nos aceitamos com muito agrado por termos a oportunidade de disfrutar do Portinho por mais um dia extra! A casa e super confortavel, limpa e tem tudo o que e necessario e mais para se passarem umas ferias muito relaxantes. Os vizinhos tambem sao muito simpaticos contribuindo tambem para o bem estar dos hospedes. A praia estava otima e aconselhamos vivamente um passeio de barco para ver os golfinhos e dar um pulo a ilha deserta entre a Arrabida e Troia. De certeza que voltaremos para mais ferias! We booked to stay 3 nights with Joana, but ended up staying for 4 as my daughter got ill. Even before my daughter got ill, Joana was an outstanding host, booking restaurants for us & messaging me with information on the area etc. However she really went out of her way to help us when we were in a difficult situation & we are super grateful. The location is fabulous & so peaceful. My children loved the animals & went on a dog, goat & cat walk! We would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Joana!

Everything at the villa is just right: not just the big things (comfortable beds, effective air con, great swimming pool) but also the little points (e.g. the drinking water dispenser), all combine to make this a lovely place to stay, and the pictures do not really do it justice. Sofia is friendly and helpful and the villa is located in a beautiful area. In high summer, you need to be up early to get a parking spot near the beaches, but then again they are top-rated beaches, so you would expect them to be popular; the villa’s location means you are spoilt for choice and finding a hidden gem of a beach is all part of the pleasure of a holiday like this.
