Villa is secluded but the view and surroundings are worth the effort. Great communication with Stefano who looks after the property for his son. all relevant amenities. Villa as described. You defo need a car as location is top of a hill outside a quaint village about 5 miles from cefalu. Great holiday

This house was just perfect for my wife and I. The location is very good, with parking nearby and in a lovely village which has got at least 2 really good restaurants. It's close enough to easily get to Cefalu and Palermo, but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the sea from the kitchen and bedroom balconies was a lovely way to start and finish the day. Enza (our host) was very nice and also helpful, answering any questions we had and also coming to our rescue when we shut the keys in the house when rushing to depart. We would definitely recommend this property for a couple looking for the perfect balance of peace and excitement.

Highly recommend this property for its facilities, beautiful surroundings and great communication from the hosts who are very responsive and super helpful. Location high up in a beautiful traditional village may not suit those with mobility issues, but for everyone else there is much to recommend. Three restaurants in the village are all wonderful, one does the most amazing take away pizzas which we enjoyed on the balcony looking at the glorious sunset. Small shop stocks everything you need, and the bar/ice cream shop has the most delicious ice cream flavours. One of our party was there at least three times per day 😊 All the reviews before us were from people who said they would be making a return visit - we will be coming back too. Thank you !

Lovely property tucked away with a lovely enclosed shady garden. Inside it's immaculately clean with traditional furniture. The bathroom had shelves and a freestanding oak cupboard for all your bathroom bits - a real treat, most places don't even have a shelf leaving you scrabbling about in your wash kit! Everything thing was done to a high standard. It has a sea view from the patio. The walls to the enclosed garden were stone built and Tono has done a great job throughout. Both Tono and Melinda were great hosts. Tono met us in the village and lead us to the property. S'Ambrgio is a lovely village with a couple of restaurants and a great base for visiting Cefalu and the Parco Madonne. Tono has built another property above. It has 3 bedrooms and is built to Toni's high standards. The stone work is a work of art! It's furnished in a modern chic style and I would recommend a stay at either property depending on your requirements.
