Holiday rentals near Canadian Drilling Rig Museum

This is a great place to stay, superbly appointed accommodation, lovely location, friendly neighbours, convenient for the Marina and Hippos takeaway. And Devin is an excellent host, who is always reachable, polite and attentive. Perfect.

Great house with loads of accommodation; well furnished and kitted out; you are continually drawn to the view out the window of the lake. The porch area is great to just sit and listen and watch the Canada Geese, sometimes in their hundreds, just alighting on the water. Very relaxing and the owners showed us around and were very helpful in explaining things and also some of the local attractions. Swimming in the lake from the private beach was good fun and exercise and this was literally a few paces from the front porch of the house. You will need to hire a car and discover many other beautiful spots in the area plus where to go and buy food etc. There are also some great restaurants about and they have an interesting take on "fish and chips" with all the fish being local lake fish. We thoroughly enkoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to others
