  • very nice studio

"This studio is perfectly located in downtown Montreal in a quiet neighborhood and with quick access to everything you might need. It was clean and had fully equipped kitchen to make a quick meal. This apartment is perfect for two people. Pavel is a great host. He was very punctual, helpful and pleasure to deal with. We had a great 3 days in Montreal! I would recommend staying there!"

  • Great House

"We stayed for three nights at this house and we had great time. Kids love the indoor pool. The house is located close to several vineries. The house also located close to Yamaska National Park. There is a bike path just in front of house which we also enjoyed a lot. Great house and lots of fun."

  • Lovely appartment, great location

"We stayed at this property for four nights and found it very comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed. As described in the information. Having been to Montreal before we were looking for a relaxing and quiet base so we could visit other parts of the city we didn't manage to see last time, it was ideal for this. It was also close to good transport links. The steps up to the flat are steep as mentioned by others so not ideal if you have mobility issues. One thing I missed was a mirror in the bedroom, had to keep dashing to the bathroom! We would definitely stay here again should we return. Perfect stay thank you."

  • Beautifully Landscaped

"We stayed at Simon's vacation home for one week in July of 2016. The house was one of 4 in a single building. It was gorgeous. Each house was uniquely landscaped to have full privacy from the others. You would never know it was attached. Everything you need was in the house. Right down to a simple cheese grater. There is two swimming pools of the same size. They are right next to each other. We thought, why did they do this! It soon became evident when my grandchildren and I were swimming. We were able to swim and play around, while the other adults were able to use the other quieter pool. The location was great. When you exit the golf course and turn right, the road takes you to the Ski Village. If you turn left, there is a Tim Hortons and a McDonalds. Just south on 177 is a Starbucks and 3 grocery stores. If you are going to the ski Village, I recommend taking a coffee with you. The Starbucks is not opening until Fall, 2016. It's hard to find a coffee up there. There is no Timmy's up there either. We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice. Try it out. Hint - the vacation accommodations are much cheaper than in Ontario. Expect to pay more for groceries though. Thank you Simon."
