  • OLD QUEBEC CHARM

"We enjoyed our stay. The owners Maud and Jonathan were great. The price was very reasonable. Great location short walk to everything. Hot tub worked great. We loved the old Quebec charm of the condo and would recommend to all."

  • Had a fantastic stay

"The owners are very trustworthy and the pictures depict the unit quite nicely. The location is amazing! A very short walk to all the old city has to offer, yet on a street that quiets down at night. Didn't notice when I booked it that it was a waterfront view property, but it was beautiful. The unit is a basement unit with a nice sized bedroom and the bathroom located off of this bedroom. There is a curtain to offer privacy from the living room/kitchen area. The pull out sofa is very warn, hence the 4 star rating. There is a pull out bed that my daughter found and used for the second and third night, and it was just fine. Unit was clean and well presented upon arrival. The owner took the time to ride with my husband up to the parking spot- and I highly recommend you take the owner up on the parking spot for the additional cost. Parking there is absolutely nuts and positively requires excellent parallel parking skills assuming you can even locate something. Everything here is in french- signs, language spoken, menus, etc. We do not speak French, but everyone speaks English also and were very kind and helpful the whole trip. Try the restaurants at the bottom of the hill- Le Buffet for breakfast and Cafe Saint Malo for lunch or dinner. Eating out here can be a bit pricey so the kitchen was put to good use and it helped reduce costs. It is stocked with all of the basics including spices and such. we enjoyed the fireworks (Wed and Sat nights) and the street performers sprinkled throughout the area. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property."

  • Simply The Best We Could Have Asked For!

"We are just wrapping up a month's stay at this fantastic apartment. All we can say is "WOW". From the minute you pull up outside the old stone building and realize that THIS is where you will be living for a month, to the moment you open the door to the flat and see the beautiful floors, light-flooded windows, and gorgeous furniture, you are just completely and constantly in awe. Quebec City is an awesome place with tons of great dining, but should you wish to cook in, the apartment is stocked with everything you might possibly need-every cooking utensil, pot and pan, every spice and oil, etc. The washer dryer is a big plus, and the internet is very fast and reliable. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are soft and cozy. Also good to note was how warm this apartment was, even in January when the temps reached near zero. The location of the place is perfect-walk to everything in both the Old City and the newer areas of town, and the parking is very convenient and safe just across the cobble stoned street. I really wish I could just move in here and stay forever! Merci for a wonderful month!"
