"This home is beautiful and the view spectacular. My husband and I and our 4 girls, ages 4, 7, 13, and 15 stayed for 10 days and all had the best time. It is in Cul du Sac, a very tranquil part of St. Martin, very close to Orient Beach and Grand Case. The owner provides 3 kayaks that we enjoyed daily, heading over to Pinel Island. The beach there is spectacular with 2 delicious restaurants and excellent lounge chair service. Villa Pinel is beautifully decorated with super comfortable beds. The owner, Veronique, offered us wonderful recommendations during our stay and was at our beck and call. There is a neighborhood grocery store having everything we needed and next door to that, Ponch Villa, a quaint and delicious mexican restaurant. There isn't a working TV in the villa which allowed us to disconnect and just enjoy each other. In the evenings, we played games and listened to music. The villa has the kitchen and living room open to the outdoors , with only air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and separate in-laws suite. So, if you are looking for air conditioning and TV, this is not the villa for you. My only negative about the trip were the mosquitos. We had to keep ourselves coated in OFF the whole time and still got bitten, especially the 4 and 7 year old. With that said, we plan to return to Villa Pinel next year. I would highly recommend this villa."

  • Diver's Paradise! A Wonderful Place to Stay!

"My husband and I spent a week here in unit A1. We absolutely loved it. Mieke, the representative for the condo management company met us at the car rental place upon arrival and showed us to our condo. She gave us lots of information including some of her favorite dive sites and restaurants. The condo was nice, cold and clean, and we were able to fall right asleep after a long day of travel. The location is right near the dive shop we used, Dive Friends who were more than accommodating. Being apart of Sand Dollar we had 24 hour access to the tanks and their carts that way we could load up early or late in the evening and be on the go first thing. The condo itself is in great shape and so convenient for diving. It is fully stocked with kitchenware including a cooler and water jug which we used daily for our diving snacks/drinks and thank goodness a blender. We ate/cooked most all our meals in the condo. Another thing is I can't stress how nice it was to be to hang dry our gear on the patio. The patio had everything we needed to dry our stuff and we felt actually safe leaving it out there (while we were present). I absolutely look forward to coming back and already have recommended A1 to many family and friends."

  • A Dream Vacation!

"My husband and I stayed at Turtle Dreams for a week in late March and just can't explain how magical this home and this island are! The home is simply beautiful with so much room to spread out and so many different levels to view amazing Coco Bay as well as the ocean view side! The peace and quite that we experienced there is something I will not forget - ever. I wanted to see the island and yet I found it hard to leave the house! The beauty of the island can't be explained - you must see it to fully feel it and understand how special it is. We walked the path (so close!) to Coco Bay on one day the the ocean path (just as close) the next - both breath-taking beaches. We are from Florida and have been to almost every beautiful beach in the state so we know a gem when we wee one! We were coming back one night from Harvey's (heavenly Grouper sandwiches) and the full moon had just started to rise over the ocean - beauty beyond words. We stopped and sat in the cart for about thirty minutes knowing that it would be a long time before we ever saw anything like this again- ever! The island feels so safe and we never worried about anything the entire time we were there. The people are so sweet and helpful - wonderful!!! We loved the cart rides on the sandy roads - so much fun! I fell in love with my roosters - smiled every morning when I hear them. Mary Lowe is an absolute darling and made us feel totally at home and got us all set up - wonderful gal. We fished with Ricky Sawyer and caught Bonefish - had an absolute blast and Ricky is just the coolest guy you could want to meet. I can't imagine how our week could have been any better. The house was so much more than we expected and so is the island. The final few days (when we thought we had seen everything) we made it over to Gilium Bay to do some snorkeling - the most beautiful water I have ever seen in my life! Anyway, can you tell we are going back!!!??? Don't miss this one - opportunity of a lifetime. When you return home to your routine you will find that you have a much clearer picture if what life is supposed to be and you can make some adjustments. Ha!!!"
