  • Perfect vacation spot

"My family and I stayed at this unit over Christmas. The unit is beautiful with everything you could ask for. The furnishings are very comfortable . Sam is wonderful to deal with. He is always available for questions or problems . It can easily sleep five people even though we were only 3. Easy to get to the French side as well as Mullet which is our favorite beach"

  • Perfect Family Apartment

"From the time I found this condo on Flipkey, I was immediately captured by the space and views. After a short consult with the family, we unanimously said yes. Juliette was so helpful and sweet by answering all my many questions. We had a lot of expectations from the pictures, but when we actually got to the condo we were blown away by the sweeping views and the way the condo was laid out. It was everything we expected and more. The beds were so comfortable and soft, the seating provided was more than enough space for us and the kitchen (although we didn't use it much) was very nice. The only problem was that we didn't have an extra day or two to really enjoy the marina and the courtyard. Maybe next time we'll stay a little longer. On behalf of my family and I we would all like to thank you for making our trip to Sint Maarten a wonderful experience. It was a very nice holiday. As my husband said it was affordable luxury. Sincerely Sherry Bradshaw and Family."

  • Up Up and Away Bombay and St. Marteen

"I arrived in SXM with an SUV awaiting, drove to the penthouse, parked, took the elevator to the fourth floor and entered a beautifully appointed hallway, dropped my luggage in my room, and promptly took a shower. Great water pressure, that’s a must. After the shower I crawled into bed, adjusted the remote A/C and instantly fell asleep. I awoke from a sound sleep, fab mattress, uber soft sheets, and proceeded to the kitchen to prepare my morning tea. I ventured onto the private penthouse balcony and slipped into a comfy lounge chair, sipped my cup of tea with the company of serenity, solitude, and the rhythmic sound of the ocean waves that reached the private beach below. The penthouse is on the fourth floor with a view to kill. Not only does it have three bedrooms and two and a half baths; one is located in the master suite, the second shared by the other bedrooms, and the half bath which is conveniently set off of the main living space. Additionally, the master suite has its’ own private balcony. Balcony number two can be shared by all, especially at sunset. The kitchen is appointed with the needs to prepare fine dining. The owners have a liquor cabinet and they only ask that you replace what you’ve enjoyed. I left you some Bombay. Ah, but you have finished your book and it’s time to plan some meals. Local grocery stores, both French and Dutch are gloriously stocked. My personal favorites are Carrefour (Dutch side) and Simply Markets (French Side). But you also have the option to order groceries online at Stop N Drop Grocery SXM and they deliver, WOW! The penthouse owners will arrange a rental car for your convenience of travel around the island during your stay. A driving tour is a must. When you dine out choose Sarafina’s for breakfast, Rosemary’s for lunch, and for dinner Le Delight Bistro. At the Bistro you can order tapas for dinner and enjoy a variety. My first time eating escargot and now I have another vice. Swimming in the ocean @ your choice of 37 beaches is a must! The water temperature at the end of May is perfect. Venture on the road behind the Westin at Dawn Beach to see monkeys in the wild. Keep your windows up and beware of the treacherous road surface, SUVs only please. Then return to the penthouse, relax, watch TV, DVDs, listen to music, explore the art throughout the penthouse, and end your day on the balcony , where we started, with a Bombay and Tonic. Up Up and away, Bombay🌞"

  • Maagnificent time in paaraadise

"We spent 6 lovely days, 5 nights, in St. Maarten. One of the largest highlights of our trip was our stay at the beautiful and luxurious Villa 8. The views and location are ideal on top of the safety and security of the neighborhood and surrounding area. From the balcony you can see an unobstructed view of the lovely Cupecoy beach which is 5 minutes away by foot. The house was ideal for our family of 3 adults with room to fit 6, with enough bathrooms, closet space and living space for everyone. The villa was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment which we used daily. The appliances and facilities are high end. The house has as a very modern and contemporary feel, it was very livable, functional and homey – fit for Royalty. We enjoyed the open concept space since it allowed our family to gather together communally but perform different activities at the same time. One family member could swim on the patio, while the others watched TV, cooked dinner, etc. The house also comes with a washer/dryer which can be helpful for families with younger children and those staying for longer periods of time. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds with since the villa is tucked away, yet very accessible to the hotel amenities and beaches. The owner is very responsive and pleasure to deal with. Our family enjoyed our time in paradise and is looking forward to coming back! - JoseD"
