  • We will be back!

"Loved the week we just spent at this property! We could not have asked for more. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved the privacy of three ensuite bedrooms and the open floor plan that afforded space for all. The pool in the complex was amazing and our own private dipping pool only added to the experience. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone and hopefully will make this an annual event!"

  • relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting with a perfect place to stay with family and friends

"This is a wonderful property with all the amenities of home. Peaceful and relaxing. We traveled with our "kids" ages 22-24 and they were beyond thrilled after a day of surfing and fun in the sun, we could cook meals and wait on them while they enjoyed a swim in the beautiful pool. There is even an adorable iguana that will watch on as you enjoy the early evening swim. The town of Tamarindo is very close enough to walk or catch a $5 dollar cab ride. The guards at the gate are so helpful and will call cabs for you ( they do not all speak English, but with a little high school Spanish and with their kindness the cabs always arrived). The property is also walking distance to the Langosta beach Club.....indulge in a day there. I really can't say enough about our stay. The property worked perfect for us. Scott and Marybeth are wonderful hosts and make arrival and departure a breeze. We would definitely stay again. In fact, we didn't want to leave. Pure Vida."

  • Loved Our Visit to Tamarindo

"Recently visited Tamarindo with husband and two teenage boys for Spring Break with other families/kids. We stayed in a two bedroom house complete with every convenience of home and a small private pool. The house was lovely, clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The pictures posted are very much like the real thing! From the house it is a short walk (8 min) to the beach club and a little longer (15 min) to town. The walk from beach club to town is much better by beach vs. road. A car is not necessary, but we rented one anyway and were glad to have it as we made frequent trips into town for groceries, dining, etc. Bob was very easy to work with as well as the concierge staff. Overall, we really loved our Costa Rica vacation and would recommend this property. It exceeded our expectations! Thanks, Bob!"

  • Wonderful villa, great location, A1 service

"We stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. We were 6 adults and 3 children (3 month-old, 6 month-old, 1 year old). Liris, from Coastal Management, offered a great service. She arranged the rental of cribs for the babies. She answered to all my questions and emails rapidly. I had a few questions during our stay and Liris either answered rapidly or sent someone. She suggested to use Xplore for airport shuttle. They were easy to find at the airport. We stopped by a grocery to buy water, snacks (and beer), got our keys at Coastal Management and then arrived at the villa. It was rapid and I strongly suggest it. At our arrival, the 3 bedrooms were fresh and almost cold! The AC in the bedrooms works fine. Of course, it was a little hotter in the living room area because there is only 1 AC machine in the kitchen but we were confortable even when it was 37 degrees outside. Anyways, we were there to travel, go the the beach and enjoy the pool. The pool is small but perfect. The roof top jacuzzi worked well. We enjoyed it in the morning and at night. We bought briquettes for the BBQ at the grocery and we even enjoyed grilled fish on the roof top. My only negatives points was that one of our key set didn't have to right key to open the gate. Fortunately there is always a guard around to open the gate if needed. Also, the dishwasher needs a tune-up. Tamarindo is walking distance, about 15-25 minutes depending on your energy! It is not a paved road so it can be hard with an umbrella-type stroller. Langosta beach is really near. It is OK but a little bit rocky. They is a beach access just after the Capitan Suizo hotel and on your way, you will find a boardshop with Surf rentals and a coffee shop (near Fish and Cheeses). There is a small store for water and other essentials at about 100 meters from the villa. Also a restaurant called Boca. We rented an SUV and explored different beaches. Avellana was my personal favorite. Tamarindo is a great location with a lot of restaurants. A little bit touristic, not so much "typical" but great with children."
