  • Best Family Trip!

"Our family (including children) absolutely loved being in this unit! Brian and his team were simply amazing in helping us get situated and answered any questions we had about the area. They directed us to some amazing spots to eat that we may have not found without them; Matty's Deli & Pangas Beach Club were our favorites. We heard about the local Farmers Market and went for our fresh produce for the week and hit up the grocery store as well since it is so close to the condo. The beach outside of the condo is wonderful as well as taking in the daily sunsets. We can't say enough about our stay and all the amenities that the condo had for our family. The kids loved being able to walk out the back door and hop right in the pool. It was a fantastic trip and we look forward to coming back and staying in this condo again!"

  • Amazing

"My wife and 4 adult children just returned from Costa Rica, staying 5 nights at Villa Encantada. When we first arrived, we were all so impressed. As each day passed, we just kept liking and appreciating your place more and more. The Villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. There was nothing I could think of that wasn't there at our disposal. It's perfect for 3 couples or a family with children. The pool feels like a private oasis. It is private and wonderfully tropical. It was equally refreshing at early morning, mid day or late night. The villa is located across the street from beach access, but not really a swimming area, it's too rocky. However, the sunset is amazing, so bring a cocktail and enjoy. The Langosta Beach Club is about a 10 minute walk down the road. We saw many many monkeys each day while strolling to the Club where you can swim, surf, eat, drink, walk. It is a great perk to have access to the Club. We spent many hours enjoying it's beauty. The people of Costa Rica are very accommodating and friendly. The town of Tamarindo is small, laid back and very safe. We all felt very comfortable there. I'd also like to highlight how efficient and responsive RPM, the management company , was to us. Well done. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We travel a lot, we have rented many times. I would rate this property at the top of our list."

  • A Gem steps from the Beach

"The details, furnishings and garden show a true labour of Love. Rik has created a real garden of Eden near the Beach with all the toys included. We enjoyed our walks along the Ocean, but there were bicycles and surfboards available, too. Birds, iguanas and monkeys gave us great entertainment as we enjoyed this property and the closeness to the Beach. Kitchen was very well equipped--but as we were on vacation we took advantage of several beachfront restaurants--very good!! Thanks, Rik"

  • Wonderful villa, great location, A1 service

"We stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. We were 6 adults and 3 children (3 month-old, 6 month-old, 1 year old). Liris, from Coastal Management, offered a great service. She arranged the rental of cribs for the babies. She answered to all my questions and emails rapidly. I had a few questions during our stay and Liris either answered rapidly or sent someone. She suggested to use Xplore for airport shuttle. They were easy to find at the airport. We stopped by a grocery to buy water, snacks (and beer), got our keys at Coastal Management and then arrived at the villa. It was rapid and I strongly suggest it. At our arrival, the 3 bedrooms were fresh and almost cold! The AC in the bedrooms works fine. Of course, it was a little hotter in the living room area because there is only 1 AC machine in the kitchen but we were confortable even when it was 37 degrees outside. Anyways, we were there to travel, go the the beach and enjoy the pool. The pool is small but perfect. The roof top jacuzzi worked well. We enjoyed it in the morning and at night. We bought briquettes for the BBQ at the grocery and we even enjoyed grilled fish on the roof top. My only negatives points was that one of our key set didn't have to right key to open the gate. Fortunately there is always a guard around to open the gate if needed. Also, the dishwasher needs a tune-up. Tamarindo is walking distance, about 15-25 minutes depending on your energy! It is not a paved road so it can be hard with an umbrella-type stroller. Langosta beach is really near. It is OK but a little bit rocky. They is a beach access just after the Capitan Suizo hotel and on your way, you will find a boardshop with Surf rentals and a coffee shop (near Fish and Cheeses). There is a small store for water and other essentials at about 100 meters from the villa. Also a restaurant called Boca. We rented an SUV and explored different beaches. Avellana was my personal favorite. Tamarindo is a great location with a lot of restaurants. A little bit touristic, not so much "typical" but great with children."
