Spacious 9-10 BR Beachfront Retreat Perfect for Family Groups/Retreats/Events

Extremely difficult renter from beginning till end when she contacted me trying to get me to give her money in exchange for not leaving a poor review. Sent me and my co owner over 100 messages prior to the stay making all types of requests. I replaced the bed setup in one room per their request, buying a brand new bed for them as they didn't like the bed setup in a room as one example. After the stay she contacted me and sent pictures saying it wasn't clean showing some leaves on the ground in an outside sitting area with trees, and soap on a soap dispenser. Also complained about a loose towel rack and hook in a bathroom. I pointed out that if any cleaning/ maintenance issues had been identified during stay we would have sent someone to address it immediately but I had no contact from them at all during their stay only upon check out. Beware renting to this person in the future. I did contact my cleaners when I received their note and also had my local staff check all items in the house to ensure everything was clean and functional. We rent to large groups often with kids so loose towel racks are not uncommon but definitely doesn't make the home not luxury. We always check and try to address items as soon as they are identified. These have been fixed. We also encourage guests letting us know if they have any concerns during a stay so we can address them promptly. We want guests to enjoy their time at the home and can only address a concern during the stay if they inform us.

We are very sorry you were not happy with your stay and felt the home was not in good condition. We are aware that you had difficulty with one of the ac units. It was serviced when you reported a problem and we have subsequently replaced the unit with a new one. We have also already instituted more frequent cleanings at no additional charge for guests. We have followed up with our local management staff to see what other concerns you had so we can make sure any issues are addressed. We want our guests to be happy with their stay. As owners we do try and address any issue as soon as it’s brought to our attention. We will address any additional issues we learn about from our staff immediately.
