Rome City Centre apartments

Just returned from a lovely weekend here. Our host was really helpful and shared lots of helpful hints and tips! Super location walking distance from all sites. We would absolutely recommend!

Host meet us to give us the key and tell us everything about the apartment, its was clean and had everything we could have need for our short stay. The location was perfect for visiting all the sites

The location of the apartment was fantastic, couldn't be better, we were able to walk to all the main sites that we wanted to see. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had all the equipment that we needed. Lucia was very welcoming and informative and met up on arrival on when we left, she arranged our airport transfers and gave us the names of some great restaurants to eat at. Food, wine and gelato fabulous. I would say that if possible booking fast track on the main attractions or going early may avoid the large queues. All in all a fantastic weeks holiday in Rome, such a wonderful city, thank you Lucia

Property is in a great location right by the Spanish steps. It has everything you need and is a good size for a family of four. The property manager is very responsive to messages and her assistant was very helpful and welcoming on check in.

Centrally located, this historic building and property jmpresses from the start. The entrance via a spiral stair case may be challenging for some, for us it aas the ascend from todays Rome to a time from yesteryear. The wooden floorboards of the apartment above are somewhat unforgiving when the neighbours have a run around but this should be expected when in an historic building. There was ample space in the apartment and with two bathrooms perfect for the family. We struggled to get the TV remote to work (instructions or demo would have been helpful); however, i take this as a benefit as it reduced the kids desire tk watch Italian TV.

We loved our stay at Francesco's apartment. It was clean, had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted to see and do (the Pantheon, the Trevi fountain, the Colosseum and all the shops and restaurants we needed). Francesco was also so lovely, he waited for us when our flight landed late and the communication was easy and accurate throughout the whole process. Francesco was also very knowledgeable and made our stay so enjoyable. I cannot recommend this place enough. We would love to come back to Rome at some point and will definitely try to book this again!

Thank you Alessandra for letting us stay in your fantastic apartment !. Great central location, spacious, lovely furnishings and well equipped throughout. The large terraces have great views, perfect for a drink at sundown. Would recommend.
