Rehoboth Beach cottage rentals

This place was very clean and in very good condition. Checking in was easy and simple. The owner was there and greeted us in a warm and welcoming manner. He showed us around the location and shared all kinds of useful information. The house had clean linens and bath towels supplied. The kitchen was well appointed, had modern appliances and was spotless clean. The location is wonderful, on a quiet dead-end street with little traffic but close to the downtown area and beach with access to downtown via a service road that avoids the busy traffic on Rt. 1. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay for a small group and we will probably return!

Dawn's Cottage was perfect!! We were looking for a quiet beach neighborhood between Frederica and Rehobeth and it absolutely fit the bill. One road in and out and nestled between some marsh and the ocean, everything was clean and neat, the space was roomy and had all the amenities we needed, and communication was just about instantaneous. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the same.

The rental place is great. One does not feel like rental but like home. Very good price for a week. There is a lot of everything. Everything very comfortable. Clean. Great outdoors. Great games for kids, great pieces for adults to play. But I do not want to praise too much, because I would like to go there again and do not want to pay too much. Beach just 10 steps away, and not too crowded.

Our whole family was extremely happy to stay in this wonderful home that has much history. It is also located within a few steps to the beach, across the street from Funland (and still quite inside), and a few minutes walk to all of the best Rehoboth Beach restaurants. The hosts were immediately responsive to our needs and helped us to settle in. We had everything that we needed for the entire week. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Property was cute and located just steps away from the beach! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Host was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process and stay. Couldn't ask for much more!

It was great! We liked the walkability of the location and the shady street was excellent for dog walking in the summer heat.

We just got back from our vacation. The house was amazing. It was very clean, updated, great location, and tons of room. It’s in a beautiful gated community. Even though it says 3 bedrooms there is private room with a sofa bed that can act like another bedroom. Mattresses in bedrooms were very comfortable. House had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We went crabbing and kayaking off the dock everyday. We drove 5 mins to the beach. It was not too crowded. At night we visited Bethany’s boardwalk or the Rehoboth boardwalk. The drives were short and easy into the towns. The location is perfect because it’s very peaceful and quiet but a quick drive to busier parts. The view from the living room is breathtaking all hours of the day. We rented a pontoon from Dewey Beach Water sports, which was amazing. Our best dinner was at The Big Chill which is walking distance to the house. The neighbors were amazing, very friendly, and helpful. They also spoke very highly of the owners. Overall this house was such an amazing experience. The owner was great to work with. He was quicker to text me back than my own husband. We would definitely rent this house again.
