  • A delightful accommodation to support any choice of holiday style.

"The 'Annexe' is a modern accommodation with all essential requirements, It is very quiet, private, and comfortable. The balcony is ideal for a summers evening tea or tipple overlooking a pretty garden, parking is off road and quite secluded. The owners are charming and ever helpful should you need them. At the bottom of South View road there is a good selection of restaurants either left or right and a nearby Sainsburys for self catering. From here Norwich and the beautiful county of Norfolk is at your leisure, enjoy!"

  • Beautiful hose and great location

"This house is lovely - plenty of space and well equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great, kitchen/diner is big and the living room has the most amazing view of the river and fields. There may not be that much in the village, but there is fantastic pub a few doors - very welcoming staff/owner and lovely food. We had a great time, would jump at the chance to go back :-)"

  • Great property in a very handy location

"After years of traveling to Norfolk to visit family, this is the first time we have opted to book a rental. The Folly is extremely well located on Unthank Road, a brisk 10 minute walk into the heart of Norwich. The top end of Unthank Road comprises a variety of shops, take aways, pubs and cafes. The Folly sat on the edge of these businesses. Close enough to conveniently 'nip'. But also sheltered away from the hustle and bustle. Parking was off site but still extremely easy and convenient. The property itself was perfect for us. Tastefully decorated, offering a high quality standard of amenities. The welcome basket was very welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality linen. All in all we couldn't fault it. We immediately felt at home and along with unseasonably warm weather for late October it massively contributed to a very enjoyable weekend. It will be our first consideration when we return to Norfolk next."

  • A beautiful and well-equipped house

"We rented this house for a family weekend to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday. In all there were 10 adults and 3 children. The house is very characterful and there was plenty of space for everyone. It is the owner's home and so is very well equipped - it doesn't feel like a holiday rental at all. It is nicely decorated and there is lots of art on the walls and there are lots of books, dvds, and toys for children We had a lovely time together and made good use of the log fires, table tennis, musical instruments and canoes. Everyone agreed that it was a perfect location - so much so that, other than a short walk on the Saturday morning, we didn't really need to leave the house and garden at all! Thanks very much Alistair"
