"Aisling was great, she sent all the information we needed and then some and the house was perfect, large and all the things you need, great wifi, large comfortable bedrooms and beds, three washrooms, lots of hot water, very clean, great stay...the location could not be beat....one block to pedestrian way....very safe area, everyone was so friendly, would love to stay there again....and would definitely refer friends and family to Aisling's place...lovely Irish lady and lovely home...thank you so much for sharing your home with our family!"

  • Nice Galway apartment in the heart of everything!

"There was an initial issue with some of the information in the listing, but it seems it was inadvertent. Shane took care of it right away and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. You can't get any close to the Latin Quarter area."

  • Great location, comfortable

"My wife and I and our adult daughter stayed for five nights in this well-located and well-furnished apartment. It was very clean and well-stocked when we arrived. As others have said, the apartment is a short walk from pretty much all of central Galway, which is extraordinarily easy to explore on foot. I would not drive, if you can help it. Take the train from Dublin or another city, and just walk everywhere. All the good things others have said are true. We would stay there again and also recommend it. One thing missing from the other reviews is that the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom does not have a balcony outside the window, which allows quite a bit of road noise from Dock Road, which is a main route into town. If you are a light sleeper, this can wake you up. The other two bedrooms are less noisy when the traffic is active. Again, this is a great apartment and Martin is an excellent owner with whom to work. The price of this for the quality and location is very good."

  • Our Galway leg of our Great Ireland Adventure

"My husband and I decided to take our daughter, our two sons and two daughter in laws on a family trip. We went through many locations, but landed on Ireland. We were not disappointed! Ireland is even more beautiful than I realized and our time in Galway at the Coach house was spectacular! Liz greeted us and showed us all the features the Coach house has to offer. It was so much nicer than staying in hotels, we were able to gather around the table for meals and conversation at the beginning and end of our days. We loved the location, fabulous Quay! So much to see from the Spanish arches to the most photographed street in Galway, so close to everything. We ventured to the Connemara National Park, extremely beautiful, we went to Sligo and Donegal, the Burren, so much to do!! We even went to a sheep farm and watched the Border collies herd. This is a great location for all sorts of adventures. We would highly recommend the Coach house. The folks, Liz, especially was so gracious and helpful. One of us forgot our wallet, it was found and mailed to the states, above and beyond is what we have here. Thank you so much for enhancing our trip with the Irish charm! The Minnettes from Indiana, Oregon, and Colorado!"
