  • Wonderful space with balcony at the colosseum

"Giampiero and Giulio were great to work with. They responded right away to our reservation inquiry, contacted us a few days before our arrival and called to check in and set us up for check in on the day we arrived. We were oriented in the apartment and given everything we needed. The apartment is wonderful and across the street from the Colosseum and close to the Roman Forum with tons of ruins and tours to explore within walking distance of the apartment. We bought groceries at the 24h market right downstairs and had breakfast every morning on the balcony. We felt right at home!"

  • Perfect Location, Perfect Host and a Perfect Apartment

"From the cheerful welcome to the apartment by Alessia to the morning of our departure everything was wonderful about this property. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and so perfectly located, we could not ask for anything more. It is important to remember that this part of the city is around 2200 years old..give or take 100 years.:-) Five minutes from the Farnese Palace, the Pantheon or the Piazza Navona, we were able to achieve and see everything we wanted to, with ease. In other words, we could walk to either the Vatican or the Roman Forum in 20 minutes. Great restaurants and bakeries literally three minutes away from the apartment made us so comfortable , we imagined ourselves living there. I can't say enough about Alessia. From the very outset she was friendly, helpful and professional with perfect english. (Especially compared to our broken Italian.) We were so pleased about this experience that when we return, and we will return for work and pleasure, we will stay here. Again, thank you."

  • Excellent location

"This property is an excellent location for many of the Rome sites. It's about 3-4 blocks from the center of the old Jewish community. Same distance to the Campo Fiori, an open air fruit and vegetable market. Same distance to the Pantheon. Same distance to a bus route that takes you right to Vatican City. It's also very walkable to the Roman Forum and Coleseum ruins. Apartment was comfortable and well furnished. The only downside was that it is a combination commercial and residential area. There is quite a bit of noise on the street that goes on until midnight or so. Consider ear plugs or staying out yourself till then."
