  • Ottimo

"L'appartamento è situato in una via centralissima benché sufficientemente silenziosa. Ciò che non è stato gradito purtroppo non è migliorabile. L'appartamento si trova sotto al livello "0", per cui è buio e umido. Anche l'odore prevalente è quello dell'umido. La "terrazza" è in realtà un ballatoio da cui si accede all'appartamento, che da su un cavedio. Gli interni molto curati, non hanno purtroppo mitigato l'impressione del seminterrato cieco."

  • a great and lovely appartment

"The appartment "Il Melograno" in Gianicolense is very nice and clean. There was enough place for five persons, one sleepingroom with a big bed and one with two single beds and another bed for a child - our child is a big fifteen years old boy. Giuliana is very kind, first she made a little walk with me through Gianicolense to show me where to buy bread, pizza and so on. At the last day, we could leave our luggage in the appartment and carry it up in the evening."

  • Amazing apartment in central Rome!

"Sabina was such an amazing host! She had us picked up from the airport, met us at the front door, gave us a tour of the apartment and neighborhood and even had coffee and breakfast ready for us. She went above and beyond! The apartment was amazingly comfortable and felt like home. We were also on such a gorgeous walkable street, were right around the corner from Piazza Navona, and were within walking distance of all of the major points of interest. If you want to really experience Rome and have an amazing stay, this is the place to do it. Thank you Sabina!"

  • A nice retreat after a hot day in Rome

"The apartment is just as described, actually better than what it looks on photos. Both bedrooms are reasonably large. The space is cleverly used so the apartment can benefit of 2 tiny shower rooms which is much appreciable. The AC works well, and fresh air after a full day sightseeing in the heat is a joy. The apartment is in a clean building and well located. It is in a quiet residential area but still with access to public transport. On the way back from Bologna metro station, walking down Aprile XXI and via Grossi Gondi, there are all the commodities. A well stocked Naturasi for organic supplies, a celiac grocery store and a carrefour market open 24/7. There are also fruit and vegetables as well as a butcher's and some deli shops."
