  • Third year in a row!

"This is the third yer in a row that our family (4) spends a whole month in Attico Campo the Fiori. We live in the US, but me and my wife work in Rome for a month every year, and find this apartment perfect for our needs. It is centrally located so all the major attractions in Rome are in walking distance. The apt has two bedrooms, not huge but spacious enough, with nice A/C so you can sleep well during the hot Roman nights. Nice living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and all), and two bathrooms, all very well maintained. But the true jewel is the terrace. It is spacious, with beautifully manicured plants and flowers, plenty of chairs and tables and breathtaking views over Roman rooftops, and three churches, including Saint Peter. Our family and friends spent many many evenings just sitting there, enjoying an aperitivo kissed by the gentle Roman breeze, under the golden sunsets.. thanks for the memories, we plan to be back next year!"

  • Perfect for us!

"The Penthouse in Campo De' Fiori was absolutely perfect for my family of five. Yes, the stairs are a slight challenge but the views and location more than compensate. We were there during Euro 16 and the energy in the Piazza was electric! Restaurants, shops and transportation are all easily accessible and the communication and support of Fiora and her team was fantastic. Alan was especially great, making us feel like one of the family. From my teenagers to my 70 year old mother, we all agreed that this was one of our favorite places to stay during our two week trip across Europe and we will certainly return."

  • Roman Holiday

"I loved this place! From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I left, I had a wonderful time. Barbara kindly arranged a car to collect me which takes the stress out of worrying about whether you will find the place. Alain then met me at the property where he very helpfully and patiently answered all my questions. Thoughtfully there is a booklet provided which provides information which includes emergency numbers. The nice touch was the unexpected provision of a house telephone with contact telephone numbers for Barbara and Alain whom you could call if you had a difficulty. The wifi was also good, I did not have any problems until I moved with a friend to another apartment also in the same building owned by Fiora when my friend arrived which is also delightful. When we had problems with wifi there, Alain attended straightaway to sort it out. The property is noisy in the livng room day and night, as there is a buzz of activity outside in the square, personally I liked this as I was expecting to be in the thick of things. If you are travelling as a single person or couple though you will be sleeping in the bedroom so the noise levels are fine once you shut the doors. It's a comfy bed and I sleep with earplugs as I am a light sleeper and I had no problems sleeping at all once I did that. If you are sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, you must I think be someone for whom noise is not a problem as it goes on all night with the restaurants and bars as well as young people hanging out in the square. The property is clean, well located and within easy walking distance of the main sites so long as you take the right exit side road off the square! Even if you get lost however it is fun walking through Rome. Being slightly off the main tourist drag made it even more enjoyable. There is a lovely butcher right next to the apartment which I recommend and of course there is the market itself if you wish to cook some meals for yourself. That said you are surrounded by lots of great restaurants just off the square itself. I did not eat on the square as it struck me that these were quite touristy. There are a number of steps to the apartment which whilst you do not have to be fit are still several flights to think about if you are elderly or infirm. The apartment is very homely, nicely decorated and overall I cannot wait to return. Thank you Fiora, Alain and Barbara for my fabulous time in Rome!"

  • Lovely Stay

"My husband, son and I had the pleasure of staying at The Turtle's Dream apartment for Spring Break. The booking experience was easy and extremely informative. Morris, the booking agent, went out of his way to orchestrate an early morning introduction to the apartment as well as a late night departure procedure. The apartment was spotless and quite spacious, with all the amenities we could ask for. The view onto the turtle fountain is priceless and we happily went to sleep each night to the faint sounds of water falling in the fountain. Location of the apartment is ideal for walking virtually anywhere you might wish to go in Rome, the adjacent ghetto is marvelous for breakfast treats and the terrace sports an amazing view of the rooftops of Rome. We truly felt that we were able to imagine what it would be like to live in this glorious city by the time we left. Highly recommended!"
