  • Excellent apartment, location and experience with Owners

"I come to Italy frequently for work but brought my family (2 adults and one 11 year old son) to share pleasures of Rome and Italy for the month of July (2016). I knew from previous trips that I loved this neighborhood, Trieste, which is not in the center but close enough to be easily reachable by bus, tram, train or foot. There are a number of bus lines that run very close to this apartment, including 3 on the corner. The neighborhood is full of everything you need--supermarkets, bakeries, sandwich and pastry shops, gelato, etc. and very close to Villa Ada (Rome's central park) and Villa Borghese (absolutely beautiful). The apartment itself is beautiful-fully renovated, two nice sized bedrooms and two full size bathrooms as well as a small dining area, living room and a beautiful wrap around patio (since it is the Penthouse). The kitchen is small but very functional with more than enough to accommodate simple meals. The owner and his daughter were wonderfully kind and accommodating, attending to our every need (including arranging airport transportation) and there is a weekly thorough cleaning of the apartment with fresh linens. The only drawback (and it is not really one considering everything else) is that the building has commercial offices (including a bank) in it and an office outside of the apartment. Occasionally, we would wake up to loud voices and on the last couple of days to construction activity. Personally, it was not a big deal given the overall quality of the apartment itself and the hospitality of the owners but some might care about it and I have definitely stayed in quieter buildings and more beuatiful buildings. However, again, this was a VERY minor detail given the reasonable cost and fantastic quality of the apartment and the neighborhood. We will definitely come back to stay here!!"

  • Perfect place for two. Comfortable. Great terrace.

"Imagine a cozy apartment on top of a building with wide windows and light and being welcome by nice and available owners, imagine having breakfast or lunch on the east part of the 120 M2 terrace with a view on the beautiful park of villa Pamphili, imagine a 10 minute walk down to Trastevere via the Gianicolo or a 20 minute ride with the bus 44 to Teatro Marcello and Piazza Venezia, imagine watching the sunset on Rome with the mountains in the background from the west part of the terrace, imagine the nice restaurants in the neighborhood, what else ? We'll be back All the best Sylvie and Patrick"

  • Ottima esperienza

"Abbiamo avuto un' ottima esperienza. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni con due bambini piccoli avendo a disposizione tutti gli agi e le comodità nell'appartamento e nel quartiere. L' appartamento è pulito, silenzioso, comodo e efficiente. Ci siamo spostati senza problemi a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici essendo collegato benissimo . La signora Paola è stata disponibile e molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo! Silvia"

  • A Welcoming Apartment

"Our family of 4 seniors had a wonderful stay in this large and comfortable apartment. It is excellently located between Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori, plus, there's a taxi stand and an ATM at the front entrance! The elevator worked perfectly, and Giovanni was helpful with questions and in keeping the building safe and clean. Both Lucia and Giulia live in the building and could easily be reached should the need arise. The washer/dryer combo was a treat, the beds were firm and wonderful, and there was lots of hot water for showers. Occasionally the internet would quit, but we unplugged the modem and then plugged it back it, and it worked just perfectly. It was always so great to return to our "home" after a day of exploring the city. We chose this apartment for its excellent location and the points listed above, knowing that we would be in the middle of the vibrant, lively city that is Rome."
