  • Perfect location.

"Nice, clean spacious apartment with two good sized bedrooms. Updated interior design. Quiet, but your able to open the windows if you want fresh air. Has an elevator, small but handy. Only concern was there was not enough toilet paper, we ran out after only 3 nights. No paper towels or cloth kitchen towels to dry dishes. I'd stay again."

  • Beautiful apartment, perfect location!

"This is an absolutely lovely apartment on a quiet pedestrian (for the most part) street just around the corner from the Spanish Steps. The interior is all beautiful warm wood and custom cabinets and very nicely furnished. The exterior terrace is a perfect place to have morning coffee, even if it's drizzling a bit since there's a canvas cover one can roll out if needed for sun or drizzle protection. The kichen, while tiny, is pullman style and has everything needed if one wants to cook a meal...bu with so many terrific restaurants all around, I don't know why one would want to. The apartment was sparkling clean, the elevator thankfully worked ( we were on the 5th floor) and right outside the door are some marvelous shops for everything from kitchen ware to shoes to leather goods to jewelry. Difficult for a shopper to ignore! The only problem we had was about three nights before we left there was a significant rainstorm which seemed to be a signal for an invasion of tiny ants and mites which were undoubtedly living in the plants on the terrace. My travelling companions and I ended up with numerous bites and welts as the little devils seem to have liked out beds. However, don't let this dissuade you from considering this lovely apartment. I told Benedetta, the manager, about the problem and she assured me she'd attack them with insecticide which I have every reason she will as she is a dedicated manager. (She even helped lug my way-too-heavy suitcase up to the upper bedroom, so she's strong as well as dedicated.) She also arranged for a car to come and take us to the airport at the indecent hour of 4:30 am and was there to answer questions that we had about sites, restaurants, etc. One wonderful restaurant, recommended by the owners, is just up the street in the little square adjacent to the Piazza Espagna -- Alla Rampe (spellling might be off). Delicious food and a place that locals seem to go with their extended families for their Sundy lunch. All in all, a wonderful apartment to stay in for a week...or a month...while exploring Rome."
