From the time we booked, they were our personal concierge service. Finding out what we like, helping us book adventures, giving us suggestions all the way through. The property is exactly what you see in the pictures and even more. When we were there, they checked in to make sure we had everything. Us with things. I’ll be going back..

You will not be disappointed staying here. Harley and Nevia will take great care of you. The location was perfect as we didn’t want to be in the busy downtown area. It’s close to Secret beach. Be sure and get a golf cart and bring mosquito spray if you have sweet blood. Lots of boating excursions that will pick you up right at the dock. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend Los Encantos.

We had a wonderful time in San Pedro and this condo was an amazing home base. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We loved the beautiful patio! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. And, what a beautiful view! The pool and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Brittany was fabulous. Her communication was extremely good and answered all of our questions. She helped with everything we needed. We haven't traveled internationally and she walked us through everything we needed to know. She scheduled our Tropic Air flight and all of our tours. She and Mike picked us up at the local airport and helped us rent our golf cart and took us on a quick tour of San Pedro town and back to the condo. Mike also helped with our luggage. We really could not have asked for anything better. Brittany and Mike were wonderful and made the whole trip in San Pedro great! We will definitely be back!

As echoed in previous reviews the listing and description of property were spot on. To us (two couples, 50 somethings) the location of this villa on the property was the best. VRBO will only let me write a few paragraphs so here are the highlights. Pre trip communication with owner (Charlie) was great. While onsite Damian was very helpful and got us anything we needed. Rocky the guard dog was awesome! When someone would walk down to the beach area he would follow them and make sure they made it back to their villa then guard their door for a little while. Never bothered you for loves but did enjoy getting brushed, someone left us a dog brush at our front door. Damian recommended using Clinton at Ali-Mermaid Adventures, they were awesome. Did a whole day with Eddie "Lover", great tour guide and made us some epic fresh ceviche. They will custom fit your excursion into anything you want or need. Rented our cart from Isla Bonita Cart rentals, great guys and very responsive to questions/challenges. Caye Villas offer everything you could want or need and start you off with a package of coffee, a couple of mugs and some hot sauce. Two restaurants are extremely close to villa, Comida Rey and Tropical Escape, we ate there multiple times! Also, the Winey Gringa is a small party store with the basics and is right next to Comida Rey. The Villa is laid out well, comfortable and provides a great home base. Do not hesitate to book!

there was no washer & dryer available for our use. We had to pay the maid to do one load a week for us. The property is a bit cluttered. The upper bedroom was hot. the small vent didn’t cool it down. there was a fan in each room which proved to be necessary. kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The owner provided copious amounts of info on every subject we could think of - this was very helpful. after 12 days the 37 stairs to the 3rd floor began to wear - but it probably did us good.

We enjoyed the much needed break from work and our busy life at home. We enjoyed the sun rises and sunsets. Pool, canoes and being walking distance from everything in the village. We enjoyed your caregivers Rubien and Rufina, and Luna the dog. Hope to book with you again soon.

Very seamless process checking in and getting set up. 5 minute walk from the airport along the beach which was perfect (longer by road). Ben was great, on the property when we needed him. TV in the room with a fire stick, a little tikki bar on the small property and fully stocked with a pay as you go honor system. Four different units on the property, hardly saw the others but an open bbq area to all hang or cook your own dinner. General seating area, hammocks, bikes for everyone. Made coffee every morning with the French Press which was awesome. Bathroom very functional, great shower and everything we needed. Slightly out of the busy-ness in Caye Caulker but still right in it. Bikes on the property to use have you within a 1 minute commute of anything. Lovely place!
