Holiday rentals near Bartholdi Museum

We stayed for 8 nights. The apartment met our needs. The kitchen was a good size, light and well equipped. The bathroom was large. The bed was comfy. The parking space was a real bonus to have as was the washing machine. Our hostess was charming and we were given a bottle of wine and a kugelhopf, and when the weather got hot we came back to find a fan.outside the door. The apartment was quiet, yet only yards from plenty of bars and restaurants. The flat was a great base from which to explore Alsace - the wine route, the Vosges, a trip into Germany etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fabulous time in this lovely Colmar apartment. Javier was a very helpful host and the stay was delightful.

The apartment is in a great location facing the central park. Nice clean staircase leading up to the apartment with tastfeful decorations. The apartment has two nice spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. The living and dining space is great in the evenings. Useful and practical kitchen to prepare food. We loved to cook and dine there with the windows wide open. We even got to enjoy the lively music from the cafe in the park whilst we had our meal. The apartment had most of the usual amenities we were used to at home, so it made our stay at Colmar easy. Note that the front of the apartment receives a lot of sunshine in the afternoon, so it does soak up and retain the heat well. Fortunately, we were provided with three fans which helped to keep us cooler at night.

This was our second visit to beautiful Colmar. Charlotte's apartment is in the town centre with everything on the doorstep including many excellent restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Charlotte was always on hand and quick to respond to any of our needs. We had a great week, the weather was perfect, we cycled most days. The wine route with its beautiful towns a firm favourite. Thank you Charlotte.
