We just cannot rate this property highly enough. Absolutely fantastic stay. From initial contact to the sad time we said goodbye communication has been excellent. The property is spacious and clean, it has everything you need. The pool is very private and welcoming after a day out exploring. The villa is in a quiet residential area, you do need a car though to explore. Two short roads to the public beach and lovely little corner shop. The residential cat and her kittens were a delight. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay in this villa. Pool was great and lots of comfortable loungers and places to sit. Spacious inside and great to have all en suite bathrooms. Owner was great at communicating and very responsive to messages. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. View from balcony exceptional. Spent 4 weeks at the property and everything was perfect. The owner is the kindest landlord and organised whatever we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and quite holiday .

Villa Pampas is an architecturally stylish property with the wow factor. It is spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and is very well equipped. The owner’s communication and support in making holiday arrangements could nit be bettered. Dorine, the housekeeper is a real asset. She cleans diligently every day, cooks amazing local food for a small fee and is available to support with advice on where to go. She is very discreet and will adjust her arrival time to suit you and work in other areas of the house if you are still having breakfast etc. The garden is full of tropical plants and trees and is nice and mature, giving privacy and a great holiday setting. The grounds and pool are both very well maintained. Albion is a residential area rather than a resort but it has a good public beach - not the best for swimming as although it is sandy, it is a little rocky going into the water, but it has magnificent sunsets and is a great place to join the locals at the weekend with a picnic. Albion is a great base from which to explore the rest of the island.

We totally loved our stay with Alain and Violetta. You could not ask for nicer people. They were so very welcoming and helpful. Violette took us to the supermarket when we arrived to get some supplies and we ended up going to the beach and chatting for ages about all sorts. She is a lot of fun! The property is amazing and clean and very spacious. It has all you need for any amount of time there. It was a shame we only could spare one week. But we will definitely be returning to stay with Alain and Violette. I felt like I was saying good bye to family at the end. We did have a few dinners and drinkies together! Mauritius is a real gem. A polished gem. The nearby public beach at Albion is swept - yes swept everyday! The whole experience of travelling around was great - the roads are great, the people friendly and ready with directions in both English and French. The cuisine is an amazing fusion of French, Indian and Chinese. What's not to like! Thank you Alain and Violetta - I really hope to see you guys again one day. xxx

THE PROPERTY GOOD LOCATION EASY TO REACH ON BEACH TEN MINTUES GOOD WALKING NEAR BY SUPPER MARKETS GOOD SECURTY AND SAFE .

Lovely couple made us very welcome. Looked after us really well. Made us some homemade chutney from their mango tree and bananas. Apartment well equipped

Very roomy and adequate kitchen. The bedrooms were air conditioned, a must. It was lovely to have a garden and small pool. We had a housekeeper who came in to tidy absolute luxury. The garden opened onto a beach the only problem for me was as I love to swim and snorkel one the lagoon was very shallow and all the fish anyway are taken by fisherman.shopping was very good nearby but restaurants were few and far between. In all we had six glorious weeks and could have stayed longer.
