  • Paradise Found!!

"Punta Pescadaro Paradise WOW!! Capturing it all in photos or words would not do this very special place justice. If you are looking for a private 5 Star villa, Los Arcos checks all the boxes. You can easily fly into the private airstrip behind the homes. The newly paved road makes driving here a cinch. From the paved road the signs for Punta Pescadaro are clearly marked. The last few miles are down a dirt road whether accessing from the South or the North. You can take the beach road the whole way from Los Barriles if you want to take your time and 4x4 around the bay. Once arriving at Los Arcos we were greeted by Fernando, a Gem of a person sincerely someone we will not forget. He and his wife Maria are the caretakers for this villa and guests. Ask Fernando about fishing the Bay of Dreams we had a spectacular day fishing he provided everything needed for fishing with beachside pickup and drop off sending us home with fresh fillets. Pack a cooler or go to the restaurant at Bahia Los Suenos for lunch . The spacious veranda that surrounds this villa was perfect for dining entertaining also has a wet bar. While lounging around the pool take in the views over the Sea of Cortez with spectacular sunrises. Down the stairs through the gate you arrive at the private Palapa on the beach. Go north and walk for miles without seeing another person go south arrive at Hotel Punta Pescardaro for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they serve a nice cappuccino there as well. The beach was very clean we spent hours beach combing finding so many lil treasures. The water clarity is great for seeing various colorful fish blue creole, angel fish, trigger fish, parrot fish, and dog face pufferfish were our favorite. Many occasions we saw whales, dolphins, and seals. The interior of the villa is well decorated with local art in a comfortable setting. The courtyards around Los Arcos are surrounded with privacy walls with easy to access gates to the road and beach. The East Cape is a tranquil area with amazing people, safety or security was never a concern for us at anytime. If you are trying to reserve Los Arcos you will need to contact George and Bernadine the managers we enjoyed getting to know them and appreciate them so much. We extended our stay 2 times and would have stayed longer if availability allowed it."

  • Great Place

"We had a great time in Villas Cortez 1106. It was a perfect place for my wife and young daughter to spend a vacation. The bottom floor location next to one of the pools and Bay View restaurant is a plus. The condo is well-appointed and comfortable. We did have a problem with the main A/C unit in the main living space (it didn't work), but the A/C unit in the master bedroom kept the place cool enough. We would definitly stay here again."

  • Casa Esplendida is the very best for comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment.

"Very impressive property, from the immaculately kept landscape and grounds to the elaborately furnishished and decorated interior. This house is designed for convenience and efficiency and comes with all amenities and more. The pool is to die for and a must in this climate. We enjoyed a dip daily both in the morning as well as in the evening after a day of fishing. What a treat. What a view! Split en suite bedrooms make this ideal for quiet and privacy with the well appointed kitchen and great room in between. Comfort and enjoyment are inseparable from your time here. The expansive patio and pool area provides exptional views of the Sea of Cortez and encourages you to stay and relax outside rather than remain in the cool comfort inside the home. The location of the property is ideal in that you are in close proximity to town but far enough away that there is very little traffic to disturb the serenity of your experience. Highly recommended this for a taste of Baja lifestyle at its best. Best Regards Mary and Layne Hepworth"

  • Beautiful Small Town Mexico charm

"We stayed at Casa Bell in June 2016 and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation away from it all. It was my husband and his Brother and his wife. This home has all the amenities one could need. There is a wonderful mango tree in the yard that dropped fruit for us and we gathered the mango's every morning we were there for mango margarita's, which we drank every day we were there. First thing in the morning I would get up and take a short walk to the beach and swim in the ocean. The ocean water is so clean and blue and watching the sunrise while sitting on the beach was so peaceful. We rented a 4 seat atv while we were there and took the road up to Punta Pescadero and ate an appetizer at the bar and did some snorkeling. This was my first time snorkeling and we saw many beautiful colorful fish. Another day we went fishing with Captain Javier and caught Tuna, Wahoo and a couple of sharks. This was an unbelievably wonderful trip. Sadly 2 weeks after this trip my Sister In-law passed away but we are so grateful to everyone who made our trip there such a wonderful experience and how lucky were we to spend such quality time together in this lovely place. We will always be able to carry around those special memories with us. Who could ask for more. Josephina of the property management and Giovanni were some of the kindest people you could meet and gave us great information and connections for things and places to go and see. There are many great places in Los Barriles to eat. One of our favorites was Caleb's Café and the Pizza Palace also was great. I would completely recommend renting Casa Belle for a week and getting away from it all."
