  • The Best of Everything!

"All the reviews I read about this condo and Rob were spot on! From the beginning Rob returned all my inquiries promptly and thoroughly. He was there to meet us when my husband and I arrived, and gave us an overview of the accommodations. The condo is just lovely; it's airy and open with an absolutely fabulous view of the beach. The bed is beyond comfortable, with the tv in the bedroom. We never had a problem with internet connections which is a plus as we are fanatics! The condo is in easy walking distance to restaurant row, the beach and the malecon. If you need a taxi, you can just step outside as they ride by all the time. Even though the building is close to lots of town action, the condo is well insulated and we never had any noise at all. Could not ask for a better vacation experience."

  • Just perfect!

"Plazamar #502 was just what we were looking for. The location couldn't be better, right on the malecon with a great balcony view of the palms and the ocean. It was a short walk to the pier to take a water taxi or a tour or dive boat, or to beach chairs where we relaxed with a drink in the shade of umbrellas or went into the beckoning ocean for a swim. It is in the center of everything. We strolled to restaurants all within a few blocks, and were never disappointed in the food. We visited a lot of the restaurants recommended in the material sent to us by Jordan. I would like to add "The Blue Shrimp" to the list. It was delicious! The condo has everything you could wish for: comfortable bed, nice furniture, balcony seating, a fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker and blender), stove, refrigerator, and microwave, very nice bathroom, working AC in the bedroom to keep nights comfortable, and a very lovely breeze when you open the balcony doors and the front door. It was so comfortable, it was hard to adjust to the harshness of air conditioning on returning home. The condo is decorated very artistically, and we enjoyed the paintings and the art glass that were included there. The front desk was very helpful, especially Rueben, who functioned as a concierge for our stay. We feel like we really made a friend. And it is hard to say enough about the rooftop sanctuary. Due to June being the off season, we were there with very few other people, so most of the time we had the roof to ourselves. The pool was lovely and clean, and the water felt heavenly. The lounge chairs could be left in the sun or pulled into the shade to read and relax. We enjoyed more than one siesta there. The grill and outdoor kitchen looked very clean and inviting, but we never did any cooking up there. Restaurants were so inexpensive that it made us lazy:-) We were warned that we would be there in the rainy season, but the storms kept to the night time, and the days were lovely. Even the storms added to the charm, with dramatic thunder and lightening over the bay, and thunderous rain that cleared away to bright and beautiful mornings. We really can't praise this place enough, and would thoroughly enjoy a return visit."

  • Perfect bay view, yet private. Central location to beach and town.

"Clean, open, lots of steps, but my legs got stronger. The bed began hurting my hips after about 3 nights. Stiff mattress. 5 gallon water in kitchen, loved the hammock in the living space by the window; access to Garcia's beach area. Met us at the boat upon arrival with a wheel barrow for our luggage and carried it up and inside for us. Erik helped to arrange for a taxi pickup in PV upon our return home. If you read in bed, bring a book light. you will need a flashlight for the walkways from town and to navigates all the steps. you'll love it!"

  • Kamloops goes to Nuevo

"Will and were amazed at what a beautiful unit you have Jill And Al. We were so happy and comfortable. We had not been there before and explored and found nice beach cafes like etc., coco beach and guidos to have lunch or drinks and then the Marival resort roof top fit tapas and sunsets. The weather was great and had the best sleeps in the wonderful king sized bed Claudia met us and showed us around and met people from calgary and Edmonton that were there for the winter we were jealous and didn't want to leave but tickets were booked so off we went. Thank you for sharing it was a great experience and just have to come back. It is the best beach ever and we walked for miles ever day. Thank you and we will be back maybe in February"
