"Fabulous Family Vacation!!!
The condo was exactly as advertised. It was spacious and comfortable. The balcony, accessible from both living room and master bedroom, was huge with a table and 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a large barbecue with propane. The view from the 5th floor was spectacular overlooking the pool areas, the ocean, and mountains. This was our second vacation renting a condo in this resort and it was great! The kitchen area had all the appliances and had an adequate number of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, plastic containers, and other kitchen accessories. A new washer and dryer were installed during our stay. The sub-zero fridge was amazing! It was wonderful going on our own schedule, going to the beach or pool, and returning to relax in the condo in our own large space.
Over the course of the month we went to Walmart (closest) 4 times, and Costco. Walmart had a selection comparable to any large grocery store in Canada and the USA. Costco was a half hour cab ride and had much as the same stock as in Canada or the USA.
Although we barbecued most of our meals we managed to go to some wonderful restaurants a short cab fare away. La Dolce Vita has fine Italian food and at a very reasonable price. Fajita Republic and La Dinamita, restaurants side by side are also close to the hotel. A 15 minute cab ride takes you to Bucerias. One restaurant recommended is Mezzogiorno. It is located on the water with a spectacular view. All the mentioned restaurants are popular so a reservation would be advised.
Any small issues we had at the condo, Kerry, the property manager for Liz, answered our emails quickly, and resolved them competently. We were certainly grateful for her service and accessibility. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the condo, especially for those with an extended family. Liz, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning.
