This truly is an amazing home….comfortable, clean, very homely. Lots of space, we were 7 but certainly not crowded. Beautifully furnished throughout. The views were amazing. We had a mixed bag re weather, but everyday was beautiful. We managed to walk to the beach and do one of the trails. Had a great evening at the fire pit . St John’s and the environs had much to offer, great restaurants. A great first trip to Newfoundland….memories made. We will be back. Thanks to ‘The Duffy family ‘ for making the process very easy…

We were so lucky to have the sun shine on this beautiful home, the deck area is a fantastic place to sit and watch the ocean, the house had beautiful comfortable furnishings, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen or bathroom, if you forget anything they have it covered, we were pleased to find milk and orange juice in the fridge and plenty of coffee, it meant we didn’t have to go grocery shopping after a long flight. The TV and internet were great, the house was lovely, we sat on the deck as much as possible and watched the sun set every night. I remember reading some reviews complaining about people parking to go on the trail, this didn’t bother us one bit, we were happy to share such a stunning view and there were very few of them. There were plenty of towels, we didn’t cook but there was everything you could possibly need. If I was made to find a negative, it would be the guilty feeling if you wanted to watch TV, coming inside leaving that beautiful view. This is quite an expensive rental, as they saying goes “you get what you pay for” and you certainly do.
