Holiday rentals near Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center

The apartment is located on a gated community complex which is only a 2 minute walk to the "La Zenia shopping centre". The apartment is very modern and very well decorated throughout. It had everything that we could possibly need during our stay,although we never used the oven or washing machine. It had a lovely patio area which was just outside the glass sliding doors to the rear, it has artificial grass,With 2 sun loungers and also a garden sofa and 2 chairs, which were great to sunbathe on or to sit outside on during the early evening whilst having a few cold beers. The complex overlooked the swimming pool,which is probably the best pool area that we have ever seen on our previous visits to this area. There are plenty of restaraunts,Bars and supermarkets close by too. There is also a gated car park if you book a hire car during your stay. The checking in & out process was great. We stayed at Ansarino for 2 weeks, having been to the golf resort before we knew what to expect. We had an amazing time. The villa is very well equipped, the host is very responsive. The villa is clean and spacious and perfect for a family. There were 5 of us. We had lovely views of the golf course which allowed a lovely breeze across the garden, much needed in 35degrees!

We had a great time staying at the villa. It had everything we needed. 5 adults 5 children. Every body loved the pool. Restaurants and shops within a short walk. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Villa beautiful pictures don't do it justice. Marie and Franck wonderful hosts both with getting property ready early, arranging transfers and answering our many questions! Villa immaculately clean, spacious pool large and kept clean by Franck coming early mornings. Couldn't recommend highly enough thank you Marie and Franck

A perfect spot in a popular area

What a Fantastic stay we have had at this property! Communication with the owners was great prior to arrival. On arrival we found very detailed welcome packs informing us of the local area, beaches, bars, shops etc we utilised the online shopping facility at the supermarket booked a shop to arrive a few hours after we arrived which was great! The vicinity of the apartment to the pool was a godsend with one child wanting to be in the pool ALL the time and one child preferring the shade a bit more! Lots of choices of bars and restaurants very close by. The upper terrace was just beautiful especially at night. I’ve never slept in a comfier double bed!!! And the little touches of the welcome drinks for when we arrived, children's games, inflatables to use really made it feel like a home from home! My husband commented on the way home that was the best holiday we’ve been on. Thank you xx
