A very good Spar shop selling everything you could need especially fresh baked bread twice a day. 2 mins walk. Excellent padel club with 8 courts and very friendly members 1 minute from the villa. Lovely hotel with reasonably priced restaurant. Irish bar and golf on site.

Excellent villa. We have visited Mar Menor 4 times and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in.Excellent location, beside Club MMGR and shop. Clean and well equiped. Brilliant view from back garden / balcony over golf course. Really nice heated pool.Very helpful owner and on site manager. Plan to go back.

Fantastic villa with lovely out door area and pool.

Great villa

2nd stay at the villa. Great location on the resort and easy to walk to the on site supermarket and restaurants. Villa has everything you would need, and we opted for heating the pool. Had great communication from Nicky from start to finish.

Trip to Mar Menor golf resort

Perfect Villa and location. The view is beautiful and the pool is a great size. Plenty of outdoor space. Felt like stepping into a home and all the amenities you could need were there, especially useful the outdoor fridge. A quiet and peaceful area but also just a short walk to bars and restaurants. Close to a lovely beach and the warmest of seas.

Lovely villa in a prime location. The villa is very clean and tidy, well maintained and has everything available you would require. It is nicely decorated with plenty of seating space indoors and outdoors.and ticks all the boxes for everything we required. The host was excellent with communication and very helpful. The pool and patio area is very clean and nice outdoor furniture. There are lovely views of the golf course. The villa is very close to the on site supermarket and bars and restaurants on the Boulevard and hotel and its amenities on the resort. Cannot fault anything and look forward to returning again.

Wonderful Christmas break in Mar Menor

This is our 4th stay at the Mar Menor golf resort and this is far the best property we have rented. Very practical location close to the club house, restaurants and supermarket. Spectacular views over the 6th hole from the terrace and swimming pool. The villa is modern and spacious for a family of five. Thanks to the owner and property manager who were both great. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous!

Wow, this Villa was Amazing! Clean, very spacious and the location was excellent. It was walking distance to the supermarket, main Hotel with restaurant and bar and also walking distance to plenty of other pubs and bars on the boulevard. I would 100% recommend this Villa for your stay and the communication with the owner and key holder Joy was prompt and very efficient - the fact this property has its own pool is a god send in the summer heat, many thanks to Nicky and Joy

Fantastic Villa gorgeous views!

We stayed at Ansarino for 2 weeks, having been to the golf resort before we knew what to expect. We had an amazing time. The villa is very well equipped, the host is very responsive. The villa is clean and spacious and perfect for a family. There were 5 of us. We had lovely views of the golf course which allowed a lovely breeze across the garden, much needed in 35degrees!

Great base for golf and sun

this was a holiday 2 years in the making! Fortunately Nicky was awesome and worked with us to postpone during the "Troubles". The house is everything as promised, clean, all amenities and great position. Anyone planning a golf trip, or just planning to relax by the pool, you couldn't want for a better place. mar Manor is getting back on its feet after the pandemic and the choice of evening places is better, in my opinion, than other resorts. Thanks Nicky, we will be back

Wonderful villa

Beautiful villa so looked after by the owner. So many extra touches that made it extra special. Recommend the club house for breakfast. Pool wonderful used so much paid to have heated so could use even on cloufy days. Recommend hiring a car we didn't and taxis every day into Los alcazares works out expensive. All communications with Nicky owner and Joy the resort agent so helpful and appreciated. The only dilemma for us is when we can return!

Fantastic Villa !

Fantastic villa! This is such a beautiful property in an excellent location. The pool was just perfect and views out the back are amazing, so relaxing. This property was equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, the location is ideal for all the amenities on the resort and if you want to venture out it's only a short drive to lots of lovely beaches and great towns with lovely restaurants. There is a great Spar within 5 mins walk of the villa which stocks pretty much everything you need. We have had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property and would 100% recommend it to anyone. Thank you to Nicky for being such a great host. We will hopefully be back soon!!

Modern and Spacious Villa. Perfect location.

Really happy with our choice of villa. It was spacious; clean; and modern. We really felt that we were guests of the owners in their own house, it had such a wonderful feel, and they had thought of everything, so many little things that made a difference, and the stay more comfortable. A lot of villas we stay in have things locked away for the owners private use, but this villa was very welcoming and what was theirs was yours. The position of the villa overlooks the golf course, but is still private, with a fabulous size pool, and plenty of sunbeds and towels. You have the sun all day in the summer months until about 5pm. The location of the villa is perfect, situated between the hotel and the shop/ crazygolf/ paddle tennis/ gym; less than 5 mins walk. Also just a further 5 mins to reach the boulevard where there is an array of bars and restaurants. The owner, Nicky, was very friendly, approachable, and helpful from the moment we made the booking; during our stay; and afterwards. We were originally only staying 3 days; but we ended up extending to a week as it was so relaxing. We will definately be returning to this villa.

Excellent stay

Our family Of 6 have just spent a wonderful 8 nights at the lovely villa perfectly located for all the amenities and the hotel. Just a 5 minute walk from the shops and a 10 minute walk to the boulevard for food and drinks. The villa itself was immaculately presented with everything that you need to make it feel like home. The pool was lovely and also heated and the views over the golf course are breathtaking. Nicky was very kind and helpful whenever I needed to ask her anything. We loved it that much I’ve asked to stay again! Thank you 😊

Excellent villa with great pool and close amenities

The villa was excellent with lots of outdoor space, a great pool and stunning restful views over the 6th hole. The Villa also provides great indoor space with large well equipped kitchen. The contact with Nicky the owner was excellent and there are several places close by to eat and drink. There was easy access to local towns and beaches on the Mar Menor. A fantastic holiday and would highly recommend a stay in this villa.

Perfect holiday home

We stayed for three weeks at Villa Ansarino and it was absolutely perfect. The owners are very kind people and they as well as the key holder gives you plenty of information and they are always there when you need something. We certainly come back!

Excellent Villa

Everything you could need for a fab holiday. The villa is spacious and pool excellent overlooking the golf course. Stayed at Mar Menor Golf resort several times, and this villa is in a great location. About 20 minutes from the new airport. The owner has been fabulous throughout the whole process. Another Fabulous stay

This is the second year we have booked Villa Ansarino and we has another fabulous stay. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need. The new outdoor fridge and parasol were an excellent addition to the pool area. The place was spotless when we arrived. The villa is comfortable and caters for both adults and children. Nicky is a great host and provides lots of relevant and useful information about the villa and the resort. We will be back!
