  • Cozy cabin

"Alaska Dreams cabin was perfect for my sister and me, serving as a comfortable base from which to explore the area. It was well appointed and the beds were inviting. With family in the area, we were even able to entertain them for dinner. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone, and especially loved the quiet location, yet close to major roads."

  • Super comfortable cabin, so relaxing!

"This is our 2nd time to rent this super comfortable and relaxing cabin. Ron and Cindy, the cabin owners, live next door and are very nice and gracious hosts. They give you privacy but are there if you need something. The cabin sits on a small hill about 50' from the water's edge of a small lake. The view from the lake with mountains in the background is just beautiful. The queen size bed is very comfortable and my wife and I slept like babies in it. The kitchen is small but is well stocked. We fixed some nice salmon in the oven and breakfast and the stove worked great. The cabin is located a 30 minute drive from Hatcher Pass, which is a must visit with beautiful views and great hiking trails. We highly recommend this cabin and would not hesitate to stay here again."

  • A little haven in Wasilla

"My husband and I live in Homer and came to Palmer/Wasilla for the Alaska State Fair and a side trip to Hatcher Pass. This little cabin was the perfect home away from home. Although it's located just a stone's throw from the busy Parks Highway, you feel like you're out in the woods surrounded by birch trees with a lovely view of the mountains from the deck. It's also surprisingly quiet and serene aside from an occasional reminder a highway is nearby...which is not a distraction. The website photos capture the cabin's ambiance and amenities very accurately. It's comfortable, nicely furnished, well stocked, and a pleasure to come "home" to. We would definitely stay here again."
