  • Best Thanksgiving Ever

"The house was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving week. The only downside is that my family enjoyed it so much that it was hard to convince them to take a trip up to the Grand Canyon during our stay. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive and there is access to hiking trails two blocks away. The property manager and owner have paid great attention to detail and provided a clean, well-stocked house to kick back and relax."

  • Almost perfect!

"My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. I first want to preface this by saying we should have been doing the home rental thing a long time ago. But now that we are here we will never leave. The hotel industry isn't going anywhere but for stays longer than 3 nights this really is the way to go. All correspondence with the guys was timely and greatly appreciated. The house is very nice and comfortable. Every time I sat on the leather couch I wanted to fall asleep but hey that's what vacation is for right. Every thing you need is there , you only need to make your food shopping trip and you're set. The house was clean and well maintained. Our only issue with the house is something I brought up with the owner after our stay was the abundance of light in primarily the master bedroom and secondly the living room. In the bedroom there is a window over top the other window which is covered by the blinds. When the sun rises at 5:30am our sleep is over. We are early risers but not that early. Those small windows are throughout the house and it became an issue during the day in the living room when trying to watch tv as there is a glare on the screen. The owner said I was the first to bring that to their attention and he will try to come up with a solution. For those who love the abundant sunlight and don't mind the light this place will be perfect for you. The other minor issue is the unique layout of the house. The furniture configuration makes it only really feasible for someone sitting on the sofa to watch the tv in a comfortable position. Sitting on the longer sofa and turning your neck to the left to watch tv isn't ideal. Again, his options are very limited with the lay out of the house. Just an observation. The owner thanked me for my observations."

  • Nice home in a nice area with convenient access to the 101 Loop

"Our party enjoyed their stay at this large home that was well decorated and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and not far from shopping or restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool while the parents relaxed on the wonderful patio overlooking the golf course."

  • Excellent Time in Glendale

"We were a group of 4 guys in our 30s who were in the area for a sports weekend. We enjoyed the large size of the house giving us the ability to spread out, and utilized the pool table and hot tub extensively. The welcome basket was a nice touch, as were the beach towels. We didn't cook that much but there was everything we needed, along with good supplies of paper goods. The pool is in good shape and when we had a question on how to heat it, we had a quick response. The pontoon boat was also fun, and although we didn't have kids in our group, I'd come back with mine as the property would be ideal for them with the boat rides and fishing. There is quick access to trails on the nearby mountains, and most importantly to us, easy access to the 101 where we were around 20 minutes from the Westgate complex (hockey arena and football stadium). Would recommend this property to families, groups of couples, or those like us enjoying a sports weekend."
