  • Beautifully Restored, with Great Location

"We had a wonderful week in Bisbee - having a great place to stay helped a lot. House is high up and centrally located. Patio is private with a view of the hills and of Old Town. The house has been beautifully restored and is very well- insulated. We found it to be comfortable at 100 F. without air conditioning. Kitchen is modern and complete. Separate wings give maximum privacy possible. An easy walk to main street. The owner provided complete and clear instructions, and was very gracious. We have no complaints at all, and are happy to give 5 stars."

  • Spacious

"This home had plenty of room for our whole family--three children and six adults. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor pool and wildlife. We grilled one night and ate several times at the huge dining table that seated all of us comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms spacious. The grand piano was an extra fun touch we all enjoyed! David met us at the home exactly on time and took us through, explaining AC, TVs, etc. and was always quickly responsive to questions."

  • Five Stars Not Enough

"We started out with good intentions. A working vacation, we told ourselves. But then this house happened. The pool, the views, the decor, the art, the flora, the desert birds calling out, "Tomorrow, tomorrow, work tomorrow." And we listened. Scroll through the photos, close your eyes, and picture yourself there. This place is more than a house. It's a state of mind, a peaceful easy feeling that stays with you long after your tan begins to fade. We'll be back. In our souls we are there still."

  • Lovely, relaxing vacation

"Everything noted by earlier reviewers is true! This is a lovely home in a magical setting. It’s decorated wonderfully, and fully equipped. The kitchen is the best equipped that we’ve ever found in a VRBO. The location is perfect - away from congestion, but close enough to get places. It’s a reasonable drive to downtown Tucson, or to the Sonora Desert Museum, for example. Quarry Pines golf course nearby is recommended for golfers. We enjoyed a great vacation here: wine on the deck at sunset; coffee in the morning at sunrise; a few dinners out; a lot of local sightseeing; and much, much relaxation."
