  • LOVE THIS MIDCENTURY STUNNING COMPLETE REMODEL

"This two bedroom, two bath and separate TV/den midcentury modern condo is in the very quiet Canyon View Estates area of South Palm Springs. The owner has completely redone everything inside and out. From the new landscape, lighting and exterior patio, to all new everything inside this home. Both bedrooms have very comfortable king beds. The showers are high end with beautiful tiles. The kitchen is very large opens right into a large dining and living area. There are floor to ceiling windows and slider doors that open up the living and dining room to a large patio area that takes perfect advantage of unobstructed mountain views, palm trees and quiet space. There is a gas grill and washer dryer in a separate exterior room right connected to the kitchen. The four sides of clerestory windows flood the large living space with spectacular views of the mountains on all sides and the beautiful blue skies. New. Clean. Spectacular space that is quiet and the perfect place to restore the soul."

  • Absolute perfection!

"My husband and I rented this condo as we were traveling to the area for our honeymoon and had tickets to attend the BNP Paribas Open 2017 in Indian Wells. The condo was only a short drive (about 15 minutes) to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and provided a very special experience for us during our trip. It was truly a home away from home! The condo is situated on a lovely golf course with gorgeous mountains surrounding it. Compared to other locations we could have stayed to attend the tennis tournament the town of La Quinta had more to offer in regards to amenities and an amazing view. Old Town La Quinta is nearby and has lots of awesome restaurants and shops. There were local tennis courts at a public park we used to play tennis during our stay. The park was less than a ten minute drive and there were always available courts. The condo itself was even more lovely then the pictures indicated. We loved the layout of the kitchen and the den being open concept. We were able to cook meals and watch the tennis channel together which are two of our favorite things! The pool and jacuzzi were only a short walk across the street which was great. The condo was beautifully landscaped, which provided instant relaxation for us when we arrived. We were coming from winter in NH so arriving to flowers and birds was wonderful for us. We often enjoyed playing cribbage on the back patio while watching people take their drives from the nearby tees and observing a hummingbird that often came around to enjoy the flowers. The view from the back patio was exquisite! The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and it was very quiet. We slept very soundly! The owners were very accommodating when we had to change our travel plans to arrive a few hours earlier than anticipated. A large storm was coming through New England and we had to fly out earlier than we thought to avoid it. They were very easy to get ahold of and arranged it so we could arrive at the condo sooner. They called shortly after our arrival to make sure all our questions were answered. We highly recommend this condo. You will not regret it!"

  • Amazing and Relaxing Family Vacation Getaway

"The main house in Colony 29 is where the 9 of us stayed very comfortably -- with three children among us -- over the winter holiday. The pool and hot tub were absolutely fantastic and great for the kids. The surrounding landscape was breathtaking and a meandering path up the mountain in the back offered peace and solace. In contrast to the surrounding desert landscape, Colony 29 was like an oasis with all the greenery and blooming cacti. The common living room is spacious, cozy and dreamy. And with all the windows, you almost feel like you're in a giant greenhouse. The kitchen is so well equipped, we rarely went out for dinner (easier for the families anyhow). The owner and property management staff were very responsive and helpful. We loved the fact that downtown Palm Springs was about a 10-minute walk away, but you felt so secluded, you'd never guess you were that close. We were sad to leave this paradise and would definitely come back again, as well as recommend to our friends and families. The twin bunk room downstairs is quite small but would be great for two kids."

  • The Palms

"The Palms is a great complex to stay in, a good location , the pool is nice, and everything is well maintained. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable and bright, with a lovely view of he mountains and pool. The unit is well equipped- plenty of towels, bedding, and has everything you need in the kitchen. It could use an upgrade, I suppose, but it suited our needs just fine.. The only real downfall is the carpeting.... Impossible to keep clean. And the phone isn't as good as it could be. It is near the airport and one of the main streets, so there is noise. But ,for us,this wasn't a deterrent. The pros of the area outweighed the cons! The property management team was very accommodating."
