  • Beautiful, Quiet, Relaxing Home

"My family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful get-away. The home and guest house were perfect for our whole family. David was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely stay here on our next visit to Yosemite."

  • Great Stay for Yosemite Adventure

"We had a great stay at the Tree House for our first trip out to Yosemite. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had prior to arriving. The house was an easy drive to Yosemite, it took about an hour to get to the valley so leave early if you want to avoid those late morning/early afternoon traffic jams that are bound to happen! We also found time one day to drive down to Sequoia National Park, it was about 2-2.5 hours down the road, but well worth the day trip! Loved the solitude that the house provided, being on 25 acres was great! Would definitely visit again!"

  • Very comfortable! Enjoyable!

"The property is maintained very well! Very clean! The property is in Groveland, it is very accessible to gas, grocery and shopping! Yosemite park entrance is 24 miles away and valley visitor center is another 24 miles from park entrance! Outside the park, in my opinion Groveland is the best place to stay! This property is very good and we will recommend it! The property is furnished well and is equipped with pretty much everything you will need! We had a good time!"

  • Yosemite Privacy - peaceful, relaxing, full of nature.

"I'm a stickler for properties being what they are advertised to me. This one did not disappoint. We booked this late in February for a week long trip of hiking to Yosemite in July. The pictures really don't do this place justice. First of all it is private! It is remote (about 27 miles to the park entrance) but there is not a neighbor in site. The only visitors we had each night was a family of turkeys that joined us for breakfast and dinner! Everything in the house was spotless. The back deck was just breathtaking. The view of the mountains and un-obstructed nature with a cool breeze blowing at night made the hot tub and dinner on the back deck an amazingly peaceful experience after a long day of hiking. The trip to Mariposa for groceries and gas was also only 7 miles away. The bed was extremely comfortable in the master. The house also had labels everywhere. We had zero issues with lights, towels, laundry, stereo equipment - everything was idiot proof. The outdoor shower was Awesome! The hot tub after a long day of hiking was awesome. Overall this was a majestic experience and this home made it truly enjoyable."
