  • Great weekend getaway for families!

"My family and I loved this house! It comfortably fit 6 adults and a 2 year old with enough room for everyone. The best part of the house is the huge downstairs room. It has a tv, lots of couches, tables and board games which is perfect for those wanting to stay up a little later while others can sleep upstairs undisturbed. Everything was very comfortable and the house was in a good location not too far away from restaurants and grocery stores in Lake Arrowhead. Big Bear is only about a 30min drive so it is a great spot if you want to visit both areas like we did. I would definitely recommend this house!"

  • Fine spot for a family or close friends

"This cabin was about a 10-minute drive to Bear Mtn resort. I liked the relaxed surroundings and views of open space out the front. The kitchen was well equipped (but could use some task lighting) and the whole cabin was clean, comfortable, and adorably furnished. The major drawbacks are that everything (shops, mountain, lake, etc.) is a drive away (not walkable) and that there are no doors on the bedrooms - it is just an open loft setup with two semi-separate areas for sleeping. This was fine for our family, but could be an awkward setup for some groups. The stairs to the second floor loft are also quite steep, FYI."

  • Cozy and comfortable house. Great weekend getway!

"The house was great! Plenty of room for my family with 4 children. Very accommodating for babies with gates on all the stair access points, a high chair, booster seats, and even a pack n play! While it is the last house on the street it is not secluded. There are houses on 3 sides with no great place to sit and view the wilderness and nothing else from the house itself. The hiking right out of the house is amazing. There are tons of trails going in so many directions. The views just 2 minutes from the house are literally unbelievable. The house had more than enough stuff to make our stay quite comfortable. They did not have dish soap, body soap, or garbage bags. I think that was just an oversight. The general store is only a 5 minute drive away."
