Holiday rentals near Walk Streets

We finished our amazing California honeymoon in this wonderful spot in Santa Monica. Dayle was a welcoming host, communication was easy and the property perfect. Easy to get to the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife of SM and Venice Beach. Perfect little courtyard for a meal in when we needed a night in too!

My Wife and I enjoyed a fantastic week in this gem of a property recently. Stephen couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, from information on local points of interest, to specific details of the areas links to the musical industry that my Wife loved. As others have said the lodge is quirky, but full of character. So close to the city but in the middle of the countryside. No sink downstairs was less of a problem than anticipated, the lack of drapes or blinds a little more so but by no means off putting. A lovely spot that we will hopefully return to in the future. Thank you Stephen for a lovely stay.

Quiet residential area. Great location, 25 minute walk to Santa Monica Boulevard and Pier. 2 minute walk to see the beach and stroll along the top path. Great welcome with wine and beer! Thank you

With ages ranging from 5-90 we weren’t sure how this holiday would go. Needn’t have worried the property fitted us just right with everything we needed and the hot tub was certainly a great hit with everyone.

My husband, daughter and I loved staying in Venice in Rosemarie's house for a month. The house is as beautiful as the photos. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the beds are comfy and the garden and roof terrace are beautiful. The location is also fantastic. The house is on a quiet road 5 minutes walk from Abbot Kinney (10 minutes to the main coffee shops and restaurants). The walk to the beach is 15 minutes and you can walk through the canals. We walked to the beach nearly every day and it's a beautiful walk away from traffic. Rosemarie was a really wonderful host in every way and we look forward to staying again when we are back in LA.
