  • Spectacular views and lovely home!

"We recently spent a week at Whale Watch in late August/early September 2016. The views from the property are spectacular! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the surf, sunsets and sea lions. The home is spacious for three couples and each having our own bathroom was a huge plus. The kitchen is the best-equipped we have seen in a rental. So much so that we cooked in five of the seven nights (with trips to the Harvest Markets in both Fort Bragg and Mendocino) to enjoy the great wines we purchased on our day trip to Anderson Valley. Loved being close to Mendocino, Fort Brag, Russian Gulch and Jug Handle Preserve (which is a must -- do the entire hike!). Jackie was great to work with. She left clear instructions, was available prior to the trip to answer our many questions and promptly refunded the damage deposit. We look forward to visiting Whale Watch again soon! Thanks Jackie!"

  • Beautiful home, perfect location, lovely gargens, amazing view.

"The water tower is a beautiful home that is immaculately kept. The location is perfect: three blocks to the center of the village, three blocks to the headlands. The garden was lovely, even in mid October. Still plenty of blooming flowers. The ocean view from the upstairs bedroom was amazing. Great place to watch storm waves crashing, all from the comfort of your bed. Our stay was perfect. Thank you Virginia and Ginny!"

  • A piece of heaven. The setting is so beautiful.

"Incredible views. Really interesting house with a wonderful collection of antiques, music and many other interesting pieces. We had evenings of watching the sun set. Sitting in the hot tub and sing alongs with guitar playing. I had six of my best buddies from Britain over celebrating my daughters wedding and some big numbered birthdays! They all adored the house."

  • A relaxing visit to Irish Beach

"My dog Jack and I just returned from a relaxing visit to Irish Beach and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations at the house. The views from the window seats alone are worth the cost of the rental and we spent lazy mornings just watching the waves roll in. The private road down to the beach is also a major benefit and miles of beaches were available to be strolled and sniffed (Jack did most of the sniffing) and we rarely encountered more than one other person on the entire beach. If you're looking for a dog friendly property with fabulous views you cant't go wrong with White Water and we hope to return again soon."
