  • This house does not disappoint!

"My daughters and I went to San Diego to celebrate Christmas and had a wonderful time. A big part of what made this trip successful was picking this wonderful home to stay in. The owners clearly lay everything out ahead of time so there was no problem getting into the home and settling in quickly. You can see the ocean from the house but it's not directly on the boardwalk which is great because you don't get all the noise of people walking/running by. The house is beautiful and we quickly felt right at home. If we ever head back to San Diego, this is where we will be staying again! Thank you for opening your home to us. The Gilgallon Girls"

  • Best location and great rental for our family

"This comfortable little house has everything a family needs to have a great time. I see this also a perfect spot for couples. We spent winter holidays there and we had a great time. I was worried about the noise due to its location but the area was quite quiet at night. All beach gear and equipment such as bikes, buggy boards, multiple size wet suits worked great and made our days memorable at PB. Our dog had a great time as well. The backyard is very well enclosed."

  • great beachfront condo

"We loved our visit to this modern beach house. The best thing: RIGHT on the beach. The strand is one step out the front door. It's a very modern, clean apartment that is one of 3 adjoined units. It was spotless. The whole front of the apartment, upstairs and downstairs, is glass, so you can see the beach all day - there is one-way glass so that people can't see in during the day, and at night you can pull shades down to block anyone from seeing in. The upstairs bed is very high, and you see the beach from the bed as you wake up. The kitchen seems fully stocked, although we never cooked here. We ate our breakfasts at The Mission, a breakfast/lunch restaurant one block away. We ate our dinners out at a variety of restaurants. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The beach here is beautiful, I'm sure great for swimming and surfing, although we were there during November, which is not good swimming weather unless you wear a wetsuit. There is space for one car to park, which is adequate. The apartment is small, so I don't recommend it for more than 2 people, or possibly some kids which could sleep on the sleeper sofa in the "living room" area on the ground floor. The 2 bathrooms and kitchen are very modern and nice. We visited the San Diego Zoo and Sea World, which are only about 1/2 hour driving time away."

  • Great location with ocean view and breezes.

"This 2 bedroom apartment had all the amenities and space we needed. Management was attentive. It was close to public transportation which we used for the first several days and had parking once we rented a car. Even though not air conditioned, our stay over the 4th of July was very comfortable which pleasantly surprised us. The location was great(1/2 block away) for the fireworks display from individuals at Pacific Beach and the bigger production from Mission Beach."
