  • Good times

"We came to SD for a semester abroad and it was harder than expected to find a long term accommodation for 6 students in Pacific Beach. Christiana and Joseph did not hesitate to rent their beautiful home to us. They were simply great hosts, who made us feel warmly welcome. They were always available for any questions or issues we had. The home was very comfortable and exactly as described. We had a cleaning service twice a month, which was definitely a plus! We loved having BBQ's with friends on our patio and the location was just perfect for us! (Garnet Ave with bars, shops, restaurants and of course the beach!) I would highly recommend this home to anyone I know and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. We all had such a good time with invaluable memories. Thank you!"

  • Families Vacation

"Panoramic Views of San Diego, Sea World Fireworks, and the Pacific Ocean. A fantastic pool and fire pit for family fun and lots of room to spread out for all 10 of the family. The kitchen was modern, spacious, and even had a wine chiller refrigerator. Great location with close proximity to the Ocean, downtown La Jolla and San Diego. Patrick (owner) was professional and quick to address a couple of requests ... like one to refill the propane tank for the grill. Recommended for a family vacation!"

  • Great Location, very clean!

"The location of this condo is perfect, it's right on the beach, and right in the middle of all the action. All the popular restaurants/bars are within walking distance. PB shore club (my favorite bar) is a three minute walk away. The condo has been updated, nice granite countertops in the kitchen, and tile in the master bath, plus updated wood floors throughout the living area. The condo was very clean, and had ocean views from the dinning room, living room, balcony, and the bedroom. The master bedroom is very spacious, and the master bath is also very large, updated, and has a walk in closet. The spare bedroom has two single beds, and a very small bathroom/shower. The condo was stocked with everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable, and had a nice large HD flat screen television. I definitely recommend this place, and my wife and I plan on coming back in the near future. The only negatives I can think of are: 1. This condo has the worlds slowest elevator (take the stairs). 2. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen for when you cook. 3. It can be noisy on the weekends."

  • A home from home. We were not disappointed.

"This was our first visit to San Diego. Family of 5 from the UK. First Two weeks in August 2016 I was very careful to checkout all the Accommodation in the Mission Bay area which was in my price range. Reading the reviews and cruising the area on Google Street View. In response to previous reviews. I can say the two sofas in the living room have been replaced with a very nice new leather corner sofa and all the bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Read the instructions provided by the owner. Very useful for the cable TV. Both TV and Cable can be controlled by one controller. In addition to the ceiling fans all the rooms had an additional fan. We visited the first two weeks in August and AC wasn’t required. The high ceiling in the living room, opening the screened windows and turning on fans kept the place cool enough for us. Good communication with the owner. I can say that the owner wants you to have a good experience so don’t hesitate to contact them with regards to any minor issues no matter how trivial you think it is. This property is perfect. Away for the busy Belmont Park area so you have plenty of room on whichever beach you choose. Bay or ocean. The ocean side beach was brilliant for surfing and body boarding. The Bay side was great for water sports. Eating out. These are the places where we ate out. All were good. BREAKFAST - The Mission. Ocean Beach Pier café. LUNCH and DINNER- Saska’s Steak and Seafood, The Corvette Diner (You’ll need to drive ), Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern (You’ll need to drive) Good for brunch. TAKE OUT-The Rubicon Deli. (You must try the sandwiches from here) Super markets.Trader Joes, Von’s and Ralph’s are all a short drive away. Ralphs is close enough to walk to. Summary If you are looking for a holiday home which is honest to the pictures and is in a great locations for families. This is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the owner and this property. It met all our expectations and we all had a fantastic time."
