  • This place is fabulous

"Hi Nate! Just wanted to let you know what a fabulous trip me and my family had staying at 1442 this past week! The Captain Quarters was very clean and had everything we needed! We used the grill and the toys in the garage totally made our trip enjoyable! Bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards were a hit for my husband and my 10 year old! Laundry on site was very convenient! We had friends staying elsewhere that stopped by and they were totally impressed! We hope to next year rent 3 units during fall break! Brittany was wonderful! She was very helpful in showing us where to park and showed us around the property! She checked on us a couple of times! She was very personable! We left her a very nice tip because we totally appreciated her wonderful hospitality! Thank you Nate! We will be back and will highly recommend your property!"

  • Perfect location!!

"During my extended stay with Parc Suites I can not come up with not a single reason why I wouldn't stay their again. My place was ten minutes from downtown in a fashionably renovated 1 bedroom. Kelly was easy to deal with and was very accommodating. I will stay their again next work trip or vacation!"

  • Wonderful Beach House

"This was the PERFECT Beach House for our week long stay. The beach access is VERY close and the views from the back deck are second to none. We had cocktails most nights on the deck to watch the amazing sunsets and the surfers. We saw dolphins and watched the pelicans glide across the waves. Easy walk to grocery store (Peachy's) and a mexican market, restaurants and a lovely wine bar with a great patio. If you have a car, it's only a 45 minute drive to Coronado and about 1 1/2 hrs to Laguna and Newport beaches. We also took advantage of the train system and went to a Padres baseball game. The house has a everything you could want. We cooked dinners there for 13 people and had everything we needed and more. All we did was buy our food. The beds were comfy and each bedroom has a bathroom which was a MUST for our group. The house also included more beach towels that we could have ever used in a week! Inside the garage was a treasure trove of beach toys which included a surf board, boogie boards, wet suits, beach chairs, 3 umprellas, coolers, children's toys and a wagon to put it all in. We pulled the wagon until the traverse to get down to the beach and then we had our boys carry it. I can't say enough about the attention to details and the quick responses and fixes of the only 2 items we had trouble with. We had a small dishwasher issue and a deck umbrella issue. Both were addressed and fixed IMMEDIATELY. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE."

  • Chic city sophistication in a beautiful setting!

"My husband and I live in a rural part of San Diego county and wanted to try living in downtown San Diego for a different experience. So we rented this condo for one month. What a fabulous time we had! The whole experience was great - the condo is beautiful, the view spectacular, and the location superb. We had such a great time just sitting on the terrace watching all the boats, trains, planes and construction. The condo is overlooking Santa Fe train depot, so very convenient for getting around. Although I did much walking just to explore the city. As others have mentioned, Tovik and Colleen couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with. Very helpful from start to finish. A great place to go in Little Italy that people may not be aware of the Firehouse Museum on Columbia Street. So much to see there, not just fire trucks but everything related to fire fighting over the last 200 years! Don't miss it. Would love to stay here again, or another place run by Tovik. San Diego is a beautiful destination - so much to see and do."
