  • Spacious condo & great location

"My family really enjoyed our stay at the spacious condo in Mission Bay. We had friends stay with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The view was amazing and right on the beach with a close walk to restaurants and fun hangouts."

"Highly recommend this condo. Location is absolutely wonderful, steps away from the pier and the beach, walking distance to tons of great restaurants and shops. Beds were super comfortable. Condo was clean and well maintained. Shannon and her husband were amazing to work with. Only downside is Friday and Saturday nights are a little noisy until later because of the pier. Also, there's a dog in the neighbors yard that howls and barks the entire time it's outside. Honestly, if you can handle a little noise at certain times, this is so well worth it. I've stayed in several condos and beach houses on/near beach and this is by far my new favorite. Highly recommend 😊"

  • Really Enjoyed Unit & Property

"Last Minute family vacation. Booked unit and it was large enough for our family of 6. Fully equipped kitchen was great to make meals, property pool is very nice & relaxing & poolside BBQ grills nice touch. We would certainly recommend to anyone interested"

  • Location Location Location!

"This is a great location right on an exciting part of the San Diego beach. You're almost directly across from 2 flights of stairs to the beach, or a block north of Crystal Pier where anyone can catch a ray or shark without a license for just $10 rental. Mark was great at communication and worked around lost keys by having the cleaner let me in. The building is showing some age but the unit is well furnished. The closet has a bunch of beach accessories. That part of the beach has a lot of surf and you either have to like surfing, or diving in waves, or you can just enjoy the sand. The water is warm enough to swim in for awhile. The pool is refreshing after the beach. The hot tub is tiny - just 3 people, but at least they have one. The parking is crazy so the one spot provided is like gold. Just a block away is good pizza, mexican, seafood, etc. Bike rentals are available. The beach is mostly younger people but everyone will feel comfortable and safe. Lifeguards keep the beach well run. It was a short drive to all the San Diego attractions - SeaWorld, Balboa Park Museums, Belmont Park. Scripps Aquarium. I recommend getting the Go San Diego card. Costco gives you an extra day for free. If you visit Legoland I left a souvenir cup you can get $1 refills, and I recommend buying the same at SeaWorld."
