Vacation rentals near Nelson Family Vineyards

I used to stay at this property many years ago when it was a motel on the lake. It has been updated and was a very comfortable place to stay when I spent a few days at the lake to take care of family business.

Place is a loft on top of a barn/garage. Beautifully built place! Perfect for a couple, we were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect spot for us to slow down, relax and unwind. The hosts were the kindest people EVER. we WILL be back!

We went up to Ukiah for a friends wedding, and had a wonderful stay at the “Hilltop Loft”. This a a great east side neighborhood, and a wonderful property. The manager was onsite to greet us at check in and was very pleasant. The space is very nicely accommodated, and access to local restaurants and attractions is easy with many places being 5 min drive. We would absolutely stay here again!

I could live here forever! What a wonderful farm! Farm dogs, cats, goats, chickens and fresh eggs. Chris & Dawn create such a welcoming family and friends environment. This apartment is so cozy and comfy. Heated bathroom floors!! I could go on and on. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing !!!! Perfect location and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the house was SO CLEAN!!! The sunsets were beautiful . There were games to play and all the beds were super comfortable. Everything was very true to the listing and we are so happy we were able to experience a weekend at the dome!!

This place is so much more amazing than the pictures can reveal. You can sit in the back yard and watch eagles, herons, osprey, orioles, and numerous other species all day long, plus a family of otters. We brought a paddle board, and if you head out of the channel and turn west, you are immediately on what appears to be the longest stretch of undeveloped shoreline of the lake. So many yellow-headed blackbirds and dancing western grebes! Kitchen is very well stocked. Bea was very helpful and friendly, though a little hard to get in touch with initially. Had a blast playing ping pong with my son. The place has a few areas needing a little repair and TLC, but generally a wonderful place to stay with awesome views and spots to relax.

Hosts are friendly and helpful. The VRBO property is right next to the hosts' house and the outdoor (backyard) spot is shared between you & the hosts. The property is in walking distance of downtown, but quiet at night. The hosts provided lots of snacks for weary travelers!
