  • Relaxing!

"A few girlfriends and I stayed at the Spa Cabin for President's Day weekend and had the best time! The cabin is absolutely perfect from the decor, to the amount of space, to the setting on the river. We had 6 girls total and it was plenty spacious, we could have easily doubled the amount of people in the cabin comfortably. We loved opening the doors and windows to hear the rushing of the river while we played games and drank wine by the fire. The hot tub sits right next to the river and you can see the mountains in the distance. It was truly relaxing and magical! We will definitely be back again! My only two complaints (and neither are a huge deal) would be the location of the cabin- you are in a little neighborhood of storage units so its not as remote as the pictures make it seem to be, but if you are looking at the river, you pay little attention to the units surrounding the cabin. Another thing I haven't come across before with VRBO, AirBnB or Homeaway is the amount of cleaning that needed to be done before we left. We were required to do loads of towels, clean up the kitchen, wash the sheets.. we didn't mind doing this however we are also charged a cleaning fee, so we were wondering what the cleaning fee was for because we cleaned pretty much everything before leaving per the checkout list. Overall, incredible experience! We will definitely be back and will recommend this cabin to family and friends! Thanks again, Janet!! Megan"

  • Perfect spot!

"We picked Boulder as a place to have our family vacation - and came from 4 states (none Colorado). This house was so comfortable and well equipped! It easily accommodated 7 adults and a 9 month old. It was a delightful walk to Pearl St. Our favorite daily destination was "storytime" at Boulder's Main Library, but we also enjoyed strolling around town and tried many of the superb eateries in Boulder. Kevin communicated quickly when we corresponded before our arrival and we felt very welcome. The crib and high chair were very appreciated! We all hope to come back again."

  • Best vacation ever!

"Everything about the cabin was fantastic. Beautiful views while still feeling secluded. Don't miss out on the glacier, its a short hike up to the lake and absolutely worth it. The cabin was very clean and stocked with everything you need besides food. The hot tub was amazing to sit in while it was snowing. Glenn was very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rent this cabin again."

  • Best vaction ever, I wish I could give 10 Stars!!

"First and foremost, I will return to this property solely because of the owners (Jeff/Janeen) and their ranch hand, Bryan. Janeen went above and beyond what any guest would expect from a property owner. She cut down a Christmas tree, set it up in the main house, and decorated it so our group’s young kids would have a tree over the Christmas holiday. Janeen also had amazing cookies in all three houses when we arrived and brought us pies and green chili throughout the stay! Bryan is just a rock star and an all-around great guy. He volunteered his time for anything we needed and walked us through all of the activities the ranch and surrounding area. Bryan even took one of our rental car’s flat tire into town to get fixed for us. The Eagle’s Nest Ranch is one of the most peaceful and gorgeous locations I have vacationed with my family. This place is a hidden gem for big families that struggle to find a location that accommodate 20+ people. Our party had 28 with rooms left over! Another reason I will be back was the amount of these to do, for all ages. From shooting, hiking, skiing at Snowy Range Ski Resort or going to Beaver Run Ranch to inter-tube, there was too much stuff for us to fit in to the 7 days we were there. A few of the Ranch’s amenities you will find: wifi, direct TV with all channels, a professional skeet range, a tactical pistol range, an outdoor hot tub with an amazing view, a grill, a gas griddle, all of the fire wood you can burn! This place will absolutely not disappoint."
