  • Perfect location and comfortable home for a visit to Boulder

"This home was a total find for our trip to Boulder. A quick couple of blocks walk from Pearl Street marketplace, it had everything we needed: comfortable and quiet patio out back for grilling and visiting, clean and cool sleeping spaces, and a charming front porch with swing to talk with neighbors and visit with the lovely Ginny (a neighbor's golden retriever). The kitchen is great if you hope to cook, although we took full advantage of all of the wonderful restaurants near by. At the end of the street is a perfect day hike. The owner also provided a street parking permit, which would have been very helpful if we had been there mid-week. Absolutely no worries about safety in this upscale residential neighborhood. If you are so lucky, visit with the owner. A former executive with Outward Bound he offers a rich array of insight on which trails to hike, what restaurants are outstanding, and how to get the most out of your visit. No criticisms! Great find!"

  • Fantastic Weekend!

"This home was perfect for a girlfriend reunion. The home was spacious, up-to-date, and very clean! There was nothing they did not have to accommodate our stay. We would love to visit again."

  • Vacation in the Rockies

"We had an awesome time, the rental was perfect for our family of 12, Granddad, kids & grandkids. The view was fantastic, especially from the large deck. The rental offered everything we needed and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all activities but not too close. We highly recommend this property!"

  • Quiet, remote, beautiful resting place

"Thank you for opening your cabin to renters like ourselves and sharing the beautiful surroundings with us. We had a great adventure at your cabin and RMNP. We did a hike everyday and saw so much wildlife and beauty. We enjoyed each others company as a family playing Clue and ping pong and talking about the bear visit :) If, more like when we come back, your cabin will be our first choice as home base. Thank you for all the special touches - quilts, books, fireplace supplies, french press, maps, hiking guides, photographs of your aunt. What a truly special place! Everything was clean and in working condition. We loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 and everyone was comfortable and warm with the ample supply of blankets and sheets and pillows. We didn't explore too much of the property due to the tall grass but enjoyed the pond and fire pit. We had a fire outside one night and a couple fires in the Franklin stove other evenings. We got to see lots of wildlife, including a coyote chasing a deer, lots of birds, rabbits, ground squirrels and even a momma bear with 2 cubs. When we did have questions, Beth was quick to reply and provide sound advice and tips, sometimes within minutes of emailing her. I would definitely recommend this cabin to our friends and family and we ourselves hope to return one day. Our favorite restaurant in Estes Park was Ed's Cantina - the fish tacos and bison enchiladas were out of this world! A visit to the Eagles Plume trading post is a must at the end of Big Owl Drive. The owners and their wares are wonderful, and full of history."
