  • Great place to stay in steamboat!

"We stayed here over the fourth and really enjoyed our trip! The condo is in an excellent location close to everything. There was plenty of room for three couples and two little ones. The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!"

  • Saddle Creek Properties are wonderful

"We have stayed in the Saddle Creek community for the third time in a year. The one we stayed in this last time was very comfortable, supplied everything we needed and was immaculate. We couldn't have been happier. We look forward to returning each and every time."

  • Outstanding Condo with really excellent facilities

"We rented this wonderful Condo for 4 nights and we really had a wonderful time. The condo is wonderfully done with all modern amenities. The views from the condo are outstanding. The club house facilities are also excellent. The condo is minutes from the mountain village and very close to downtown Steamboat. Supermarkets, restaurants and other shops are very close by. Above all the owners are prompt and very nice to deal with. I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the beautiful Yampa Valley/Steamboat Springs."

  • Nice place. Very convenient to most everything

"Great location. Easy walk to the village. Condo was very good. New carpeting. Granite countertops are a nice touch. A bit dark inside between the colors and lighting. Furniture could use a refresh. Couldn't get the lower level heat to work? Supposed access to ski hill via The Ptarmigan was a no-go...we were stopped by Ptarmigan management in the parking lot while trying to access the ski hill and were told that it was for Ptarmigan guests only and that we'd have to walk down the road to the "public access". Frustrating."
