"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful accomodations. Awesome view. Good sleeping space for 6 plus sleeper sofa. Spacious living area for dining 6. Lots of space to lounge in front of FP near kitchen. Seoarate space for TV area with comfortable sectional sleeper sofa. Hot tub is a plus. On smaller size for 4 to 5 people. Hot tub coil use some maintenance and repair since not all jets and features working. Pots and pans in kitchen need replacement. Teflon is shot therefore food sticks terribly. Also need large pot dutch oven."

  • Great Place!

"House was perfect for our long weekend ski vacation in Vail. Its large and was able to fit 10 of us easily. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals there for the weekend. Walk to the bus stop is easy but after a long day of skiing be ready for a hike up the hill back to the house! Thanks again for a great weekend - well be looking at it again for next year!"

  • Great location and affordable accommodations in East Vail

"We (two adults) spent five nights in Ben's condo at the Vail Racquet Club in East Vail. Having already been to Vail a few times, we knew we wanted to stay in East Vail, near the town bus. The unit was easily walkable to the bus stop carrying skis and wearing our boots - perfect! Condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary pots, pans, dishes, spices, and cooking oil. W We even did a load of laundry as there is a washer and dryer in the building. I felt like I was in college again, lugging all of those quarters to the laundry room (we were able to change our dollars for quarters at the Racquet Club desk). e had some confusion about toilet tissue, but Ben was extremely responsive and had housekeeping leave us a few extra rolls that they forgot to stock. Overall, we had a great stay and Ben got our security deposit back in just a few days after our return. We'd love to stay again on our next trip to Vail!"

  • home away from home

"This is my third stay with Nina for a ski vacation. The Pitkin Creek condo is cozy and feels like home. It's nice having Sims market right there for groceries and supplies. I enjoyed the hot tub which is only steps away from the condo- as is the free TOV bus. Breakfast yogurt was supplied as well as other goodies. When I left, Nina packed me a travel lunch! I am missing Nina and her doggie companions, Inca and Micah."
