  • Quiet summer getaway

"This was our third summer here, we will be coming back. Quiet location, yards from the bus stop, and far enough from town to make a nice walk in for coffee. The condo is well-kept and well-appointed (with new range and microwave this year!). Highly recommended."

  • Beautiful home, wonderful views

"Thank you for opening up your home to my family, friends and I! The spacious home fit all of us along with our 2 dogs very comfortably. The hot tub and grill on the back deck had amazing views of the mountains! Overall, it was a wonderful weekend and we hope to visit again soon!"

  • Great condo

"We come back year after year as this is an ideal get-a-way. The owners are quick to respond and did a fabulous job on the remodel. It's very quiet, easy to get to town and back and has lovely views off the back deck. The bright, spacious great room is fun to relax, play games, dine and enjoy time with friends and family."

  • Great Family Vacation Townhome in Quiet Beautiful Setting

"We stayed in this Sundial townhome in East Vail for the 2015 holidays. It was very comfortable and quiet. The setting was perfect with friendly people in the area that made us feel local. Lots of space and everything worked well including WiFi. Short walks to bus stop which was frequent and dependable into village. Lots of areas to hike in peace in the neighborhood and the trail to the village (5 - 6 miles). Good access to the highway with clear roads all the time and fast routes to activity/shopping/grocery. We skied half in Beaver Creek and Vail and it was an easy commute when weather was cooperating. On our days down enjoyed the creek behind the unit and views. Ample room to park. Overall the value was great for the Vail area. We do a lot of comparing when shopping for a place. Have stayed at the Racquet Club and this was much nicer for privacy and amenities - didn't feel like an updated old place. Updates in bathrooms and kitchen were nice additions. It sounds like we know the owners since this feedback sounds positive, but we did not until we rented and will return if timing works. Seth called us to make sure everything was going well."
