  • Great Condo, Great Location, Value Pricing!

"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo, now under new management. Our needs: 3 bedrooms to handle 6 adults and 3 children. The largest bedroom is so large that you can put the parents on the king bed and the kids on inflatable mattresses. The en suite bathroom is huge with a jet tub, a double steam shower room, and a separate potty room. There's also a huge walk-in closet that you can also use as sleeping area. The windows are huge but doesn't have black out curtains, so it's bright. We didn't mind the light since we're up early and boarding/skiing by 9am. The other bedroom has a queen bed, with room to put a child on the floor. The en suite bathroom had a huge soak tub. With the door closed, the laundry room is very quiet. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed for another couple and a John & Jane bathroom. The dining table holds 6 and there's a small side table that holds 2. There's also bar stools if needed. There's a shared shed outside the front door for gear. The unit also had 2 humidifiers. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen. With our large group we ran the dishwasher once a day and still had enough to use. The internet was solid; we couldn't figure out the tv system well enough to get the surround sound working with the tv, although we got it working for the radio. Written instructions for the fireplace needed too! We wished there was enough comfortable seating to fit at least 6 adults, but the seating system was for only 5, with everyone else making do with dining chairs or the floor. The location is fantastic! We stayed at this location a few years ago, tried to rebook, but then it wasn't available the following years, so we were forced to find other accommodations. We've stayed at the condos at Chair 7, at Meadows, and at a house off-site, and chosen locations based on our children's ability levels and prices. We like this condo because it's an easy walk to Chair 4, the restaurants, stores, spas, Meadows, and the Gondola to Telluride. I would call this ski-in/ski-out. If you drive in, unload & load in the parking lot right in back, carry up the stairs. If you have to, you can use the elevator instead. Note that parking for Le Chamonix is designated across the courtyard. Otherwise, you won't need a car the entire time you're there. The price for the location is fantastic. It's more than some places, less than other ski in/ski out places. The value is there, and we'll be booking this place again."

  • Very relaxing with all necessary accommodations!

"My wife and I came to Telluride for our wedding anniversary, and nothing was a disappointment. The property we stayed in was perfect. It was big enough for the two of us, but not too big to the point where we rented unnecessary space. It had everything we needed to make our stay amazing! It is also in a great location! The town has shops and restaurants right outside, and the town of Telluride was just a 13 minute free gondola ride away! Everything we needed and wanted was easily accessible. I would highly recommend this property to others and will definitely consider staying here again if we ever have the chance to return to Telluride for another visit."

  • Quiet, convenient and very well-equipped

"We stay here every year for the Telluride Film Festival (so no, you cannot book it then, please!) and are always in awe of what a great place it is. It's only a five minute walk to the gondola into town, and close to many restaurants, shops and coffee houses. The floor plan is expansive, and allows for people to not only have their own space but also come together in uncrowded common areas. The kitchen (I cook a lot) has good appliances, knives and tools. And the entire place is super quiet--even though it's close to everything. Only drawback: backing out of the garage and driveway is very tricky--don't let the kids try it!"
