    "I recently stayed at 408 Pacific Avenue, Unit B for the Telluride Blues and Brews Festival. We had a group of 6 adults at the house. Everything was perfect in the home and the house was well appointed. Beds were extremely comfortable, linens were quality and the house was extremely clean. The location is perfect for all things in Telluride and the owner and property manager made everything easy and worry free. We truly felt like we were home during our stay."

  • Great powder days

    "Dumped spring powder while we were there. Very comfortable place. If you don't like stairs - don't rent it - everything is on different level - but it's a great layout. The condo is also really tucked in so don't expect views of anything but other condos. But the whole point is to get outside and be part of the view!! It's in a convenient location near lift 7 - the Goose picks you up to go downtown but we walked - it's more fun."

  • Great house! Great location!

    "As a multi-generation family of 8, we loved this spotlessly clean house. Location: The great room's huge wall of windows provides a beautiful & expansive view of gondola & chair, both within walking distance with the gondola (free) a 10-minute walk, the chair (lift tickets & rentals at base) a 5-minute walk. Across its parking lot, Clark's Market is directly next door (no noise problems) with a ramp for shopping carts so groceries can be unloaded at the house's front door before returning the cart to the market. While the Bachman neighborhood is a bit dense, this house provides strategically placed trees for privacy without blocking the great mountain views from living room, master bedroom (on the 3rd floor), and deck with propane grill off the great room. Shops, restaurants, & movie theater are within walking distance. Provisions: The kitchen was well outfitted with good pots & pans. Electric stove. The rental agency left paper towels, dish detergent, & clothes detergent (small boxes of Tide) in quantities adequate for our stay. Closets offered lots of towels & pillows. Living on 2nd level: Furniture & decor are lovely with recycled wood & nice poster art. The 4 preteens in our group loved the comfy couches & chairs, the armoire with TV & an assortment of board games. Next to the kitchen is an open dining area with a beautiful, long refectory table that easily seats 10. Entry Level: With a ski locker on the front porch and hooks, a bench, & closet at entry level, there was room for everyone's ski gear. Also at entry level were 2 bedrooms (twin to sleep 2 & two bunks to sleep 4) with full bath across the hall. At the back of the house is a large room with stored exercise equipment, large desk, a murphy queen bed, & full bath. The very private hot tub is reached via a back door in this room. Parking: The fenced & gated back yard has room to park an SUV next to the hot tub. However, we parked our second SUV directly out front with a parking permit despite "No parking - Tow zone" signs. The curb across the street includes too many curb cuts for parking. There appeared to be legal, overnight parking on adjacent streets & in a large dirt lot at the end of the neighborhood near the mountain. We should have inquired instead of merely crossing our fingers. We forgot several items that the rental agency has kindly promised to send. We would love to stay here again!"
