  • Beautifully well-kept place .

"Went there for a weekend getaway and just loved the place, the town and the close proximity to the beach...just a short block away. House had everything we needed. Would love to return."

  • Such a great house!

"As soon as I walked into the house I felt so lucky to have found it. So well kept and bright I knew me and my friends would be comfortable staying there. Every night we ate dinner on the back patio, love the huge table! The speaker system throughout the house was a great way to listen to music and a nice feature you don't normally see. Everyone loved the outdoor shower as well. The house comes with everything you need to head to the beach. every day we loaded up the beach trolley, filled the cooler and enjoyed the incredible weather we had. I grew up spending summers on the Connecticut shoreline but none of my friends had ever been there. They loved that you walked out the front door and could see the water. We rented paddle boards at Action Sports who will bring them right to the beach for you. Don't forget to go to go to Christys for pancakes! Sarah couldn't have made herself more available when I had questions. I had a great week and hope to repeat the same vacation next year! I like a house that you feel comfortable in and this one is like that."

  • Wonderful Cottage!

"Eight of us stayed at this cottage for a long weekend in September for a family wedding. I originally rented it because it was cheaper than renting hotel rooms for all of us but the best part was we all ended up feeling like we were on vacation rather than just going to a wedding. The cottage is light and cozy. The location is excellent with the back yard overlooking the salt marsh, a beach walking distance down the street, in a quiet neighborhood and 2 minutes from downtown. We brought our kayaks. The boat launch is only 3 houses away. We kayaked in the salt marsh every minute we could. Scott was an excellent host answering all my questions. I would most definitely recommend this property rental to anyone."
