  • Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Beach

"We had a wonderful stay at Sanctuary at Red Fish! Loved condo 3106. The pontoon ride to the beach was easy, fast, convenient and very relaxing and the inclusion of beach chairs and an umbrella was icing on the cake. The kids loved the ride there - said it was like Disney! We never had to wait. The pools were never crowded and extremely nice. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoes on the lake. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 - tons of room, decorated beautifully, great tvs with Netflix (my kids were excited). We loved riding bikes to Grayton or Blue Mountain. Would love to return again in the future!!"

  • Nicest, most comfortable place we have ever stayed

"This condo is amazing! Interior construction materials and decor are beautiful. Premium Viking appliances in the enormous kitchen (seating for 12)...which is stocked with every utensil, dish, serve ware, cookware, and appliance you could need. Bedrooms are very spacious and each one has a TV. Beds and pillows were super comfortable too! We were happy to see binoculars, games and DVDs, and were surprised/very appreciative to have all the basics supplied (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish/clothes washer detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, plenty of towels, Saran/foil, salt/pepper/oil, etc.). The beach is beautiful; chairs and umbrellas were used every day. Our kids loved the shovels, buckets and net...they explored the lake inlets and caught several crabs and minnows. The guide book was very helpful in selecting restaurants and finding the grocery store. The condo and property are the cleanest we have seen. Thanks for everything, we had a great vacation!"

  • Once again, the property was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.

"This was the sixth year in a row we have stayed on 30A, and the fifth time we have spent our time at Sanctuary at Redfish. The resort, the area, and the owners of the units at Redfish keep us coming back. We have worked with Mr. Stanley for a past stay, and I must say it was a pleasant, pain-free process working with him again. His communication about our rental is prompt and the unit is gorgeous. Since our last stay, we noticed and enjoyed several improvements to the condo which enhanced our time there. Our children enjoy the 'kids' room, and the master and guest suites were quite comfortable. The staff (Bob and Chris) who you get to interact with every day couldn't be more pleasant and I have always been impressed and grateful for the patience and kindness they show all of the kids they come in contact with. And this year, we also made use of Mr. Stanley's pool-side cabana, which was more of a convenience than I thought it would be--your own personal restroom, a place for kids to take a break from the sun, and cool drinks were always available mere steps away from the spacious pools. More than any of our other previous stays, the condo/beach was more crowded than usual--which I think has a lot to do with the word getting out throughout the southeast/Midwest about this fantastic resort. In no way is the beach overcrowded, but it is clear more and more people are flocking to the 30A area to enjoy time away from the grind. Very likely, we'll find ourselves looking to return again next summer! Thanks for working with us again, Bob--a memorable time for us again!"

  • Laid Back

"Blue Lupine is a great property in general. This is the third unit we have stayed in there and the first time we've stayed in a gulf facing unit. It has enough space but has no where near as much living room space as one of the side units. Kitchen was adequate we stayed in and cooked several nights, by choice, there are plenty of nice restaurants close by. After years of going to PCB and staying in the huge crowds Santa Rosa, Blue Mountain, and Grayton are more our speed. My wife and I along with our 8,6, and 3 year old, 2 month old and her parents had enough room. The kids are two boys and two girls, once they are a little older there would not be enough space for all of us. The Master and Second bedroom mattresses where horrible. The little twin beds were actually way more comfortable. Pool and hot tub are right below the balcony but was not too noisy, even took a nap on the deck one day. Overall good location, would probably stay again but man they need some new mattresses. Cannot see the sunset this time of year from the balcony. I'm 6ft and could almost see the waterline over the dune. During peak season the elevators and parking can be a little bit of an issue but still no where near as bad as PCB. If you are looking for a more relaxed environment this is a great place. FYI- First and last time we'll eat at Goat Feathers Restaurant. It was gross. The Perfect Pig, I might drive back down there just for that. It was perfect. Stinky's is always good."
