"My family and I had such a wonderful time in St. Joe and this home was truly part of the experience. It's in a quiet, gated community and my son & I were able to throw the football and fly kites without any traffic. We spent hours at the pool and beach. Both were very relaxing and most times we were the only family there. The walk out there was on a boardwalk through calm nature settings. After spending the day out in the sun, we had a beautiful home to come back to that actually felt like home, not a busy vacation resort. We didn't lack anything at the house. It had every kitchen appliance, cooking and serving utensils, and cleaning supplies, bath towels, TVs, games, books, movies we needed. There are several different areas inside and outside for family members to relax together or spend time alone watching the sunrise on the front porch, sunset on the back patio, gathering in the kitchen, reading in a quiet sitting area in the living room or watching TV in another part of the room. The place is plenty big enough that no one felt cramped. There was plenty of space in the driveway for three SUVs + a boat. I had family members camping at the state park which was less than 5 minutes from the house and also where the boat ramp is located. At the house, we had two couples staying in two master bedrooms with their own bathroom and one child staying in a third bedroom with his own bathroom. There was a 4th bedroom with bunk beds that we didn't end up needing. Working with the homeowners was seamless. Noelle sent everything we needed when we needed it and everything went so well we never had to reach out to her for anything before, during or after our stay. We've been coming to St. Joe since the 80s and this is definitely a property I will look into again for our next trip."
