"You will not be disappointed with this Home one of the Best I've rented! the house was Spacious and very clean when we arrive. This home is Very accommodating the moment we hit the Door . From the very beginning we asked if it was possible to get an earlier check in, No problem! Also we needed a late check out, No Problem! He made it happen for us which we were incredibly thankful for. He was quick to respond to any of my extra questions About fishing reels Etc, He responded Quickly They have 4 fishing reels at the house Plus a Fishing box for us. The neighbors were nice, I gave us tips on all the great restaurant in the area. The house and yard was incredible with great water views from every window. Being from the north nice to see Banana and orange trees in the yard...... Nice watching the yachts go by sitting under the Tiki hut on my Laptop. The Pool was clean and well maintained during our stay. It was the little things that really impressed us. The House was incredible! When our family first walked in, I was the Hero! Everything was spotless! many up grades, lot of towels, sheets, pillows for my big Family If you rent this house, There's plenty of every thing Especially towels! Kitchen is beautiful, clean and if you plan to cook you will love it! The location was great we were no more then 5-10 minutes away from all the locations we went to. From the beach, to great restaurants ), and nightclubs Etc Everything was no more than 15 minutes away. I definitely recommend this Home. We will be Back for sure!!!! My Family had such a great time. Keith is a great guy easy to work with. You and your family will not be disappointed."

  • Beautiful Cottage indeed

"This cottage is truly beautifully decorated and so clean, Christina was lovely and met us upon arrival and went through the essentials which we found really helpful. It is perfectly located with the river walk, bars and restaurants only a short 5 minute walk away and with easy access to the main roads, the neighborhood is quiet and felt safe which was important for us travelling with two young children. Publix - 5 minutes’ drive away. The pool area and garden are fabulous and we spent days at home just to enjoy it, we would definitely come back."

  • heaven for the old and young

"We came down for a two-week working retreat with two kids (age 7 months and 2 years) and two Russian grandmas. The grandmas got into a rented minivan at the airport and refused to get back into the minivan until it was time to depart. They walked in the neighborhood, walked on the beach, or relaxed by the pool and were perfectly happy. (In fact they are ready any time to abandon Massachusetts for Florida!) If you want to be in this part of Florida this is a rare spot of single family beachfront homes that don't back right up to the busy A1A highway. Neighboring newly constructed beachfront houses are selling for $8 million and seeing a Ferrari parked out front is not uncommon. This house is an easy walk to a great fish taco place, a fantastic BBQ restaurant (Smoke), and a nice Greek place. You can also enjoy a 1-mile walk to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, which has ice cream shops, bars, etc. Walk along the sand or on a not-busy road separated from the beach by the towers of Galt Ocean Mile. There is a 24-hour Walgreens a three-minute walk away. It is about a 5-minute drive to Rt. 1 and every possible chain store (Whole Foods, Target, Chick fil-A, AMC movie theater, etc.). The beach area in front of the house does get kind of busy because it is right next to the public access path. Don't expect solitude, especially on a nice-weather weekend day. The kitchen is complete, but hold the onions, fish, and garlic. There is no range hood, there are no windows that open, and there are no screens for the doors. Thus the only way to ventilate the house without letting flies in (there aren't too many but enough that you can't just leave doors open all day) is to turn on all of the bathroom exhaust fans. There is a Brinkmann gas grill ($130 at Home Depot?) outside, but it isn't large enough to cook a complete meal for an extended family. The Internet is super fast, which was great for working. There is a public bike share location two blocks away (at A1A) but the traffic is too intense on most of the streets in South Florida to enjoy recreational biking (too bad because the terrain and weather are perfect!). Certainly a bike is fun for a few miles around the neighborhood and up and down the Galt Ocean Mile. Mirtha is nice and also responsive. Book soon because if the climate change alarmists are right this house will be reclaimed by the sea soon!"

  • Great Condo!! 100% Recommend

"The condo is great! It has enough space for everyone even if you fill in the beds. We were 6 in the condo and fit perfectly. Its just beside the beach which is excelent. The services in the building are great, very respectful, always trying to help. The location is great as you have many services nearby such as walgreens, cvs, publix, winn dixies, etc. I would recommend this condo 100%. You get much more than what you pay for"
